DIGITAL DOOR LOCK STOP WORKING FOR WHATEVER REASON?The lock is designed for durability and has passed the test for 500,000 cycles. We have kept the conventional key as the last resort backup.WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A POWER OUTAGE?Not an issue. The digital lock runs on batteries. 4 pieces of AA batteries generally last for 12 months.I HAVE A LARGE FAMILY AND EVERYONE WANTS TO ADD A FINGERPRINT?The lock can save up to 100 fingerprints, passcodes, and smart cards. Plenty of space for everyone.
