Battery
It uses a CR2023 battery (includes). It’s got a life for 1 year approx.. To change it:
- Turn the watch until you see the steel piece
- Take off the strap
- With a little screwdriver, quit the 4 screws
- Quit the steel piece
- Take the tab and lift the clip
- Quit the empty battery
- Put the new battery. Be sure that the”+” side is up
- Put the steel piece and the screws again
- Replace it again when the brightness will go down
How can I know my Heart Rate?
To know it, please, press [SET] for 2 seconds, then put one finger on the Sensor. Your Heart Rate will appear in a few seconds. If not, please, try again. To have a correct value, please, put your finger on the sensor the necessary time.
Other Functions
Alarm:In alarm mode, press [UP] to open/ close the alarm. press [RESET] to open / close the alarm’s hour. Press [Set to adjust the hour]
Chrono:Press [UP] to start I stop Chrono. Time/ Trainer: Press [UP] to start I stop the time. When you’ll stop it, press [RESET] to delete the values and it’ll come to ”watch mode” after 5 minutes.
Hour:In “Watch Mode”, press [SET] for 2 seconds and you’ll can configure the year, month, day, hour, minute, born-year, born-month- born-date, gender, weight, etc. When you choose a weight,-measure, please, press [RESET] to change it from Pound to KG.
