Long press the power button to turn on.
Scan the following QR code to install Dafit APP,Or download “DaFit” from App Store, Google Player then install it.

Compatible System: Android 4.4 and above, iOS 9.0 and above.
Enter the APP to bind the searched device.Step 1: Enable Bluetooth on the mobile phone.Step 2: open “DaFit” APP, Tap “Add a device” to bind.
- Please keep bluetooth address consistent with your smart bracelet when you connecting.
- Long pres.s smart bracelet time interface to check bluetooth address.
Smart bracelet Functions
Time Interface:
Power on:Long press power button for 3 seconds.
Power off:On the time interface, press power button for 3 seconds to find “power off” icon ,then long press power button or screen to get powered off.
Screen on:Press the power button Or shake wrist can wake up the screen (Important: Please tum on “quick review” on mobile phone “Dafit” app).
Activity records(step records, distance ,calorie consumption)
Sleep monitor:
Sleep monitor period:22:00PM to 08:00AM Please make sure weared the bracelet vice.
Heart Rate monitor(If need 24 hour monitor please turn on “Full-day Heart rate” on Dafit app under “Other” menu).
Multiple SportsClick to start under “Training” menu,you can find multiple sport modes: Walking, Running , Cycling, Skipping, Badminton, Basketball, Football.Swimming, all exercise datas will be sync to mobile phone Dafit App).
Select the sport mode you want, mart to test and show all exercise datas: mileage,calorie, heart -rate as below picture; Slide screen on left or right exit or pause the sport testing.
Blood Pressure monitor(Please make sure you are relaxed when make blood pressure testing).
Blood oxygen monitor
Notifications push(Turn on Dafit app “Notifications” social app like Facebook, T witter,Skype etc).Pay attention on Android mobile phone setup:Dafit app/Notification/Accessibility to turn on “Dafit”.
Important to follow below setup steps so watch can receive notifications:Find out Mobile phone app like Wechat; Wechat about me/setting/new message inform and display all message details MUST be turned on; Mobile phone setting/ find out wechat/ notification/ You have to turn on all options like allow notifications, badges, show previews, etc.Please make sure your wechat, QQ, Skype is NOT to going & online on your com put.er.otherwise the message received on mobile cannot sync on the watch as the computer already received the notification. (if you only connected with the APP. not connected with the mobile phone’s bluetooth, the incoming calls cannot he synchronized on the Watch).
Remote Capture
Android: Turn on Dafit app, from smart bracelet enter “shutter” , shake the bracelet or click to take photo.
IOS: Enter smart bracelet “shutter” make sure turn on mobile’s camera, shake the bracelet or click “take photo”.
BT music(Enter BT music, click 
to pause or continue, tap 
to play last song. tap 
to play next song).
Others(Change different interfaces, stopwatch, mute, reset, long press to power off, brightness adjustment).
Functions on Dafit App
Data sync:All measured datas from smart bracelet will be sync on mobile phone Dafit app eg: step, sleep monitor, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen and other data as below Please. (If the data of sport, sleep, heart rate not syn to Dafit app,please disconnect the bluetooth and reconnect again).
Enter smart bracelet connection interface:
Watch Faces(3 Interface options, and the dial 1 can manually replace user-defined pictures or photos;you can also change 3 dials under bracelet “others” / “Switch style”, then click two times of the screen to change).
Notifications(Turn on social apps message push like WeChat, Face book,whatsapp, Twitter etc).Call reminder:When the incoming call appears on the bracelet interface, you can choose “reject” or “Ignore” the call.
Alarms (3 options)
Shutter(enter Dafit App shutter or smart bracelet “remote capture”, Click ” take photo” on bracelet or shake the band to take photos).
Others(Find my smart bracelet, Time formats, Setting time of no disturbing, Sedentary reminder, Full day hear rate monitor, Quick View screen, Weather info.
Power on “Find my bracelet” mode.The bracelet will vibrate when the bluetooth is connected successfully between mobile phone and smart bracelet.
Time format(2 options of 12 & 24 hours system).
Setting mode of no disturbing
Sedentary reminder(Valid period 10:00AM – 22:00PM).
Full day heart-rate monitor(Turn on it can detect your whole day heart rate).
Quick view screen:wake up screen (tum on it and choose valid time period).
WeatherTurn on the weather.choose the city you want or automatic location, the band will show the located city’s weather.
(Notes : Please kindly note above functions are working based on activated and saved the related setup).
Warm Notes
- Connect Bluetooth:
- Please power on your phone bluetooth and turn on smart bracelet bluetooth before connecting.
- Please ensure your smart bracelet didn’t connect with other phone before connecting.
- Please keep close to you smart bracelet when you are connecting.
- Please turn on mobile phone notifications and allow permissions to run in the background if your Mobile has installed “Mobile manager” or other similar Apps, otherwise you will not receive the messages.
- Battery Recharge: Power adaptor: 5V 0.5~1 A If the b race let won’t be used for long period, please ensure a full charging every month and turn it off after get full charged
- To ensure the accuracy of blood pressure data, after entering blood pressure monitor mode, please hold the smart band at the same height as your heart, relax yourself and calm down. Do not talk when the monitor is working. (This function is to monitor the blood pressure data change before & after exercise. The data are only for reference, can’t use for special medical purpose).
