Warning and Consequences

Warning indicates a hazard with moderate risk which, if not avoided. may result in death or serious injury.

Caution indicates a hazard with low risk which, if not avoided, may result in slight or moderate injury

Warning: Reduce the associated risk of fire or electrical shock, which may lead to death or serious injury:

  • This room air purifier is for indoor use only, and should not be used for outdoor and/or commercial purposes.
  • The room air purifier is for 120V AC voltage only.
  • Insert the power plug correctly into the standard socket in use; make sure to insert the plug into the socket properly.
  • Do not put anything on the power cable. Do not bend, pull, twist or bind the power cable or the socket. Hold the plug tightly when removing it and do not pull or drag the wire.
  • Please do not use when the wire, the plug or machine is damaged or the product does not work.
  • The room air purifier should not be used by people who are physically and/or mentally impaired or lack experience or knowledge of its operation (including children), unless other people who are responsible for their safety provide supervision or guidance for them to use the machine. Please do not place this product close to children or pets who are unsupervised and do not allow them to play with the room air purifier.
  • Do not store or use the room air purifier in any dangerous environment, such as in high temperatures or near flammable items, explosives, high-density dust or other hazardous locations.
  • Keep the room air purifier away from heat or direct sunlight;
  • Do not store or use in a damp environment, such as bathrooms, swimming pools, etc;
  • Do not touch the wires or operate with wet hands;
  • Do not place in a place where the air circulation is poor, such as in a closed cabinet;
  • Do not sit on or stand on the room air purifier, or put heavy articles on it.
  • The air inlet of the product should be kept at least 20cm from surrounding areas; do not put any foreign materials within 30cm of the air outlet.
  • Do not put any liquid or suspended matter into the interior of the room air purifier.
  • Tum off power and pull the plug out before replacing the filter or cleaning the room air purifier.
  • Do not disassemble, modify or repair the room air purifier. Users should only replace the Inofia dedicated filter and clean the product.

Warning

  • To reduce associated risks of explosion or electrical shock, which may lead to death or serious injury if not avoided:
    • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified professional.
  • To reduce the possibility of harming health, which may lead to death or serious injury if not avoided:
  • Do not use the air purifier indoors where there is a pest or insecticide fumigation process, as to prevent the accumulation of liquid in the air purifier and reduce the risk of resulting impact on health due to contamination.

Caution

  • To reduce the impact of related risks which may lead to slight or moderate injury if not avoided:
    • Do not put the room air purifier on a slope or a place where it is likely to fall or drop;
    • Do not put anything on the air inlet or exhaust of the room air purifier.
  • To reduce the possibility of harming health, which may lead to slight or moderate injury if not avoided:
    • When the product has not been used for a long time, the filter may breed bacteria. Check the filter carefully before reusing. If it is dirty, please replace in a timely manner.
  • To reduce damage to the room air purifier, which may lead to slight or moderate injury if not avoided:
    • Make sure that the filter has been installed correctly before turning on the power.
    • When moving the product, turn off the power, remove the plug and move it horizontally.
    • Do not deliberately shake or place on its side or otherwise incline the product when in use or moving.
    • Do not use it in an environment where there are fumes. This product is not designed for filtering oil fumes or oil contaminates.
    • When the room air purifier is not being used for a long time, remove the power plug.
    • Regularly check whether the de-formaldehyde Electret filter is blocked or damaged. Replace the filter regularly to prevent excessive dust accumulation.
    • Do not wash the de-formaldehyde Electret filter.
    • Clean the room air purifier regularly.
    • Do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaning products to clean the room air purifier.
    • Do not use sharp articles to knock or scrape the product.

Main Unit

Filter

The above accessory has been put inside the machine. Take it out before use and remove the plastic bag.

How To Use

Install filter
  1. Open and remove the front cover.
  2. Take out the filters, from the machine.
  3. Remove the plastic bag/ package of the filters.
  4. Reinstall the filters onto the machine. Make sue the handle of the filters is facing you.
  5. Put back the front cover in place to the air purifier.
Turn on or off
  1. Plug in the air purifier.
  2. Image of the control panel.
  3. Press  to turn on the Air purifier.
  4. The indication light of manual mode and medium speed will on.
  5. Pressing  again,turn off the air purifier.
Set a timer

On the manuan station, press to select 2, 4, or 8 hours of operation. Air purifier will turn off after specified time.

Fan Speed

Fan Speed Press of button to select low, medium ,or High speed.

Mode

Mode: Press to select the manual mode or sleeping mode.

Sleeping mode

Sleeping mode: When sleeping mode is activated, it will operation on low speed. All indication lights are off.(all the indication light will turn off after 20 seconds by activated by pressing the mode button.) Press any button,it will exit sleeping mode.

Reset filter used time

When the filter indication light is turn on red and flashing, that the filters should be replace. Please checking, cleaning or installing new filters. Reset the filter lights by press and holding it for 3 seconds. The filter state light will turn to nutural.

Enforce to reset filter used time

Please checking, cleaning or installing new filters. When the filter indication light is turn on red and flashing , meaning the filters should be replace.

After install new filters, please use needle article pressing enforce replacement button,The filter state light will turn to nutural.

Replease new filter
  1. When the filter state indication light is turn on red and flashing ,that the filters should be replace.Please checking, cleaning or installing new filters.Reset the filter lights by press and holding it for 3 senconds. The filter state light will turn to nutural.
  2. Switch off and disconnect the air purifier from the scoket.  
  3. Open and remove the front cover.
  4. Take out the old filters, from the machine.
  5. Remove the plastic bag/package of the new filters.
  6. Reinstall the new filters onto the machine. Make sue the handle of the filters is facing you.
  7. Put back the front cover in place to the air purifier.
  8. Please plug in the power.
  9. Press  to turn on the Air purifier.
  10. The air purifier is working on normal mode.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Caution: Caution Power off and unplug the power cable and make sure the power is disconnected before cleaning the machine.

  • Do not use chemicals as shown on the right.
  • When using a chemical cleaning cloth, pay attention to its precautions for use.
  • Do not run the machine when the filter is removed (if dust is drawn into the machine, it may cause failure and purification effectiveness reduces).

Machine

  • Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the air inlet and exhaust.
  • Then, use a soft dry cloth to wipe the surface of the body.

When not in use for a prolonged period

  1. Unplug the power plug before maintaining the machine.
  2. Put the room air purifier in the packing bag. put in the packing box and keep in a dry place.

De-formaldehyde Electret Filter

  • Remove dust on the surface with a vacuum cleaner; the back side has no need to be maintained.
  • Do not wash.
  • When the indicator light for filter replacement lights up, replace it in time to ensure efficiency of air purification.

  • Replacement filter available for purchase and use in different indoor environments.
  • According to the operating place and the actual situation (such as a family with many smokers), the replacement cycle of the filter may be shorter. When the purifying effect is lower, please replace the filter.
  • For the method to replace the de-formaldehyde Electret filter see page 5 of the instructions; its lifetime will automatically be reset after replacement.
  • Dispose of the used filter as unrecyclable waste.

Troubleshooting

Common problem

Solutions

The product does not work normally
  • Check whether the plug is properly inserted into the socket.
  • Check whether the “Power” button is on.
  • Check whether the air inlet panel is installed in place; if not, please reinstall it.

Buttons no respond
  • Check whether the plug is properly inserted into the socket.
  • Check whether the “Power” button is on.

No air delivery from the machine
  • Check whether the plastic packaging of the new filter has been removed. Please remove the plastic package before use.
  • Check the filter condition. If the filter is too dirty, please replace with a new one

The indicator light for filter replacement lights up
  • Replace a new set filter in time.
  • After filter replacement, press “Replacing Filter” key for 3 seconds to reset.

Note: If you have carried out the above checks but the problem is still unsolved, there may be an equipment failure. Please pull out the power plug immediately and contact the [email protected].

Quality Assurance

  • Inofia offers a one-year free warranty from the date of purchase under normal use.
  • During the warranty period, there will be reasonable charges for materials, expenses and repair costs for the following situations:
    • Damage caused by natural disasters and other force majeure;
    • Failure caused by inappropriate use and human negligence;
    • Failure caused by modifications;
    • Failure caused by movement after installation or transportation;
  • The filter of the Inofia air purifier is not included in the scope of the warranty.
  • If there is a need to repair or replace any parts after the warranty expires, there will be reasonable costs associated with such repairs.
  • The warranty and maintenance services are valid for 1 year.
