  1. Fill the Precision Kettle with room temperature water and pour at each flow control setting to find your preferred flow control.
  2. Fill the Precision Kettle with water and place on the base. Turn the Precision Kettle on by pressing the switch down.
  3. The Dry Boil Protection feature will turn the Precision Kettle off automatically once the water has reached the boiling point. You can also turn off the Precision Kettle by flipping the switch up.NOTE: Unplug the Precision Kettle when not in use.

ALTITUDE BOILING POINT REFERENCE GUIDE

This chart shows the boiling point of water at different altitudes. Please refer to this chart when using the Precision Kettle and be aware of the boiling point in your particular area.
