SAFETY & WARNINGS

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or injury, the following basic safety precautions should always be followed when using an electrical appliance.

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance and retain them for reference.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Do not use outside of indoor household use as described in this manual.
  •  Do not use with an extension cord unless necessary and if so, ensure it is suitably rated and it is handled safely as is the product’s power cord.
  • Do not allow the power cord to be exposed to water, heat, direct sunlight or overhang where it can be pulled or otherwise be damaged or pose a hazard.
  • To reduce the likelihood of circuit overload, DO NOT operate another high wattage appliance on the same circuit as this unit.
  • Always set the steam adjustment dial to the “Off” position before plugging or unplugging the appliance.
  •  Any appliance is electrically live even when the switch is off. To reduce the risk of electrical shock:o Always unplug the power cord immediately after use.o, Do not place or store unit where it can fall or be pulled into a sink or tub.o Do not place in, or drop into water or other liquid.o If the unit falls into water, immediately unplug the power cord. Do not reach into the water.
  • Do not use the unit where aerosol-based products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
  •  Steam can cause injury or damage. Take care where steam is directed, especially when powering on the appliance and using steam on surfaces for the first time.
  • Burn can occur from touching hot metal parts, hot water, or steam. Do not touch the Steam Nozzle or attempt to connect accessories while the unit is in use.
  • Use caution when emptying the water tank after use, as the water in the unit may be hot.
  • It is not recommended that this unit be used on the unsealed floor. Use care when steaming floors that may be warped or damaged by heat and moisture, and limit the use of this unit on these types of surfaces.
  •  Steaming unsealed floor surfaces such as hardwood is not recommended and may result in warping or damage to the surface.
  • Always allow the appliance to cool completely (at least 5 minutes) before storing. Follow instructions in the Cleaning & Care section of this user guide.

ACCESSORIES

Accessory Suggested Use
Window/GarmentSteaming Tool Shower glass doors, mirrors, glass, removing soap scum and grime. Garment tool for taking wrinkles out of garments, steaming draperies, tablecloths, and more.
Brushes Hard-wearing for use on hard sealed surfaces. Always test before use.Use the metal (wire-bristle) brushes for hard-to-clean surfaces such as barbecue grills, oven racks, tire wheels, etc. Do not use these brushes on anything that the wire bristles may scratch or damage.
Angle Nozzle For small areas requiring delicate attention to detail, this fine/detail nozzle is ideal.

ASSEMBLY

This steam mop has been tested to ensure performance and safety. When assembling your steam mop for the first time you may notice some residual water inside of the unit. Before starting any assembly procedures, ensure the appliance is switched off, unplugged and it has cooled down with minimal to no water inside.

Handle

  • Press the handle release button and unfold the handle as shown below.
  • To fold the handle, press the handle release button and gentle lower the handle down to its original position.

WARNING: Ensure the handle release button is pressed whenever folding or unfolding the handle. Do not force the handle as this may cause damage.

Attaching the Mop Head

  • Slide the bottom of the main body onto the mop head until it clicks into place.
  • To remove the mop head, press the release button on the rear of the mop head spindle and pull the mop head away from the main body.

Attaching a Cleaning PadLower the mop head onto a micro-fiber cleaning pad, ensure a strong bond is made.

Attaching Carpet GilderLower the mop head onto the carpet glider, until it is firmly in place.

OPERATION

Filling the Water Tank Method one:

  • Ensure the steam mop is turned off and unplugged from the outlet.
  • Unscrew the water tank cap and use the measuring cup to fill the water tank with 360ml of water. Do not over fill the water tank. Hold the main body level while filling.
  • Replace the cap, ensuring it is pushed down firmly to create a tight seal.

Method two: 

  • Remove the water tank from the steam unit.
  • Unscrew the water tank cap and fill the water tank using a tap. Do not overfill the water tank. Hold the main body level while filling.
  • Replace the cap, ensuring it is pushed down firmly to create a tight seal.
  • Re-install the water tank to the steam unit until it clicks into place.

Notes: In order to significantly reduce mineral build-up and prolong the life of the device, the use of distilled or de-mineralized water in the unit is highly recommended.

Starting the Steam Mop

  • Make sure the device has been filled with water before turning it on. Do not run dry.
  • Plug the power cord into a power outlet and switch it on.
  • The indicator light will turn red on each side of the water tank and the steam mop will begin preheating. If the indicators do not illuminate, refer to the “troubleshooting” section for more details. It will take approximately 25 seconds for preheating. Once the steam mop is ready to use the water tank will glow blue.Note: If power is interrupted during the preheating phase when the steam mop is turned on again it will repeat the preheating phase.
  • A full water tank will run for approximately 20 minutes. When the water level runs low, the indicator will glow red and begin flashing.
  • Press and hold the steam button to release steam.
  • Direct the outlet (with any connected nozzle or accessories) toward the surface you wish to steam while holding the steam button. To stop the flow of steam, release the button.
  • Increase the level of steam by turning the steam control knob clockwise
  • Turn the steam control knob counter-clockwise to reduce the amount of steam.

Note: Before storing the steam mop, remove the water tank before turning off the power and then let the product run for a while until there is no steam.

Hand-held Mode

  • Press the lock catch to release the steam unit from the main body.
  • Attach the accessory adaptor to the steam unit, until it locks into place.
  • Attach the required accessory according to your need. Ensure the arrow indicators are aligned, then turn counter-clockwise, until it locks into place.

CLEANING & CARE

IMPORTANT: Allow the steamer to completely cool down before performing any maintenance or troubleshooting checks.MaintenanceThis product contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to repair it yourself. Any servicing that requires disassembly other than cleaning must be performed by a qualified appliance repair technician.

Cleaning the Microfiber Pads

  • Machine washable on a “warm” setting using a mild detergent.
  •  For best results, lay flat to dry after cleaning.
  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener when washing the microfibre cleaning pads.

Storage

  • After the steamer is used, turn the power off and then unplug the power cord.
  • Remove the water tank and empty any residual water in the tank.
  • Clean the external surface with a dry cloth.
  • Remove the cleaning pad and wash it so that it will be ready for next use.
  • Secure power cord in place using the cardholder.
  • Press the handle release button and fold the handle.
  • Store the product in a clean and dry area out of reach of children.
