SAFETY & WARNINGS
- When cleaning the lens, please wipe it carefully with an alcohol swab
- Do not use the product while you are moving, and ensure the cleaner is not impacted by surrounding objects or people
- This product is not suitable for children under one-year-old
- Children must never use the product alone, they should always be assisted by an experienced adult
- Do not allow the cleaner to come into contact with liquids
- The device features an in-built rechargeable lithium battery, so it must be charged once a month if it is not used frequently
- Avoid product exposure to sunshine directly, especially the accessories, to avoid softening
- During use, the temperature of the product will rise slightly (up to 35 degrees), this is normal
- When using on children, ensure the child is sitting and is very still, and operate the product horizontally
- For the cleanliness and safety of your ear canal, when the tips become loose or they have been used more than 30 times, please be sure to replace them.

TROUBLESHOOTING

| No response | Use the attached charging cable to quick charge. The charging time is 1.5hrs |
| The camera does not turn on | Close and open the cover a few times |
| App quit quickly | Delete the existing app and rescan the QR code for installation |
| Installation of tools in the accessory barrel is not smooth | Firstly, align the ear-cleaning tool with the lens sleeve and then install it into the lens sleeve |
| The rod’s power indicator is red | Please use the attached charging cable for charging. The charging time is 1.5hrs |
| The display on the app is not reading properly | Disconnect the phone with the product and open cover to restart it, then set the phone to reconnect product |
| Wi-Fi connection is unstable, sometimes it disconnects | Close and open the cover to restart cleaner and restart the app in the phone to connect the cleaner |
