Simple steps to measure your Heart Rate/BP:
Press the * key on dial pad and unlock your phone.
Long press the centre navigation key to open Lava Pulse app.
Once the app opens choose option 1 and place your finger on camera.
Keep your finger on the camera till the phone screen shows 100%.
Now remove your finger from camera and see the result on phone screen.
