L445BK/L445WT INSTRUCTIONS

ASSEMBLY

1. Remove all contents in the box (Fig. 1).
2. Lay the Lamp and all contents on a flat surface.
3. Take the Clamp and make sure the small Screw (2) is in the Back of Clamp.
4. Place clamp on a flat & strong surface table and tighten with handle (3).
5. Insert the lamp into the Clamp hole (1).
6. Fix the Fluorescent bulb (8).
7. Plug the AC Power Cord to power source.
8. Use Fig. 2 to turn on Lamp.

Replacement Bulb

1. Unplug Lamp and turn off to allow to cool.
2. Carefully unscrew the incandescent Bulb (7).
3. Release the clip (9). Carefully take out the incandescent bulb (7) or circular fluorescent Bulb (8).
4. Replace new bulb (7) or and (8). Reinstall the clip (9).

Maintenance

• Use Only A a 100 Watt Incandescent and a 22 Watt Fluorescent bulb.
• To clean use a soft cloth only.
• Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners.

Lighted lamp is HOT!

TO reduce risk of FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOOK OR INJURY TO PERSONS

1. Turn off/unplug and allow to cool before replacing bulb, cleaning or other maintenance.
2. Bulb gets HOT quickly! Only contact switch/plug when turning on.
3. Do not touch hot lens, guard, or enclosure.
4. Do not look directly at lighted bulb.
5. Keep lamp away from materials that may burn or catch on fire.
6. Use only with a 100 Watt Incandescent and a 22 Watt Fluorescent bulb.
7. Do not touch the bulb (lamp) at anytime, use a soft cloth, oil from skin may damage bulb (lamp).
8. This luminaire is suitable for indoor use only.
