TURN ON / OFF THE BLUETOOTH EARPHONE

TURN ONMethod 1 Take the earphones out of the charging case, the earphones will turn on automatically.Method 2 Long Press Multi-function button for 2s to turn on the earphones.Note The earphones can not be turned on while charging.

TURN OFFMethod 1 Long press the Multi-Function button for 3s to turn off the earphones.Method 2 Put the earphones into the charging case to turn them off.Note If you do not pair it with any Bluetooth device after taking the earphones out of the charging case, it will turn off after about 5 minutes.

TWS PAIRING ( CONNECT 2 EARPHONES TOGETHER)Take the earphones out of the charging case, both earphones will automatically pair with each other.

Note If the earphones paired unsuccessfully, then restart the earphones, they will pair with each other automatically.

PAIR BOTH EARPHONES WITH THE BLUETOOTH DEVICEFollow up above steps to turn on the earphones, activate Bluetooth on your mobile device, select the « CAPELLA « from the list of available Bluetooth devices.

VOICE ASSISTANTActivate the voice assistantShort press the Multi-Function button of any earphones for 1.5s to activate the SIRI voice assistant function, only the IOS system is supported.Close the voice assistantShort press again the Multi-Function button of any earphones for 1.5s to close the SIRI voice assistant function, only the IOS system is supported.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONPut the Bluetooth earphones into the charging case to begin to charge the earphones.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

ATTENTION

  1. Please kindly read this user manual before using the product carefully and keep it for future reference.
  2. Please charging the product battery fully when first use.
  3. If do not use the product exceed 2 weeks, please charge it.
  4. Please only use the supplied cable to charging the product and certified adaptor.
  5. If the earphone can not be paired with a mobile phone, please check first if the earphone was in Bluetooth mode; if the earphone unable paired with a mobile phone device, please turn off the earphone first, then turn on and make sure it is in Bluetooth pairing mode; If the mobile phone didn’t respond, please reboot the mobile phone; If the earphone didn’t response, please reboot the earphone or recovery default setting.

CAUTION

  • Do not use the product at excessive volume levels or a long time, as hearing damage may occur.
  • Do not charge the earphone with a current exceed 2A, the battery might get damaged.

FAQQ: Why just only one working?A: Put the earbuds back in the charging case, then take them out to check if it is in stereo mode, if not please reset the earbuds to settle this problem.Q: The mobile shows can not connect with the earbuds, how to settle?A: Deleting the pairing name on your mobile and research the pairing name again to connect.Q: Why there is no voice with the music and phone call?A: For android mobile, there is an icon on the right of the pairing name, click it and cancel two audio items then select again. For IOS mobile, find the setting general function, click it and you can see audio calling mode, select «automatic». If it is automatic itself, change into another option first, then select the automatic again. If it still has no voice, delete the pairing name research again to pairing.Q: Why is the video/games delayed?A: Influenced by the environment, network, mobile edit code speed, will lead to audio data any transfer delays from mobile to earbuds.Q: Why are the earbuds stop/interrupted?A: if you are in a place with many Wi-Fi connects/4G signal/high power appliance interferences, may occur stop or interrupt situation, please change place and reconnect againto solve this problem.

COMMON SENSE, GET TO KNOW !The Self characteristics of true wireless earbuds, a few of earbuds turn on at the first time, the left and right earbuds cannot pair automatically, at this time, we need to reset these two earbuds. Turn on the two earbuds again with 8-10 seconds, both earbuds will be paired automatically. ( the first time to pair, it needs a little longer time. But next time, it will be paired with one second, after the successful pairing, the left earbud will alternately flash by a red and blue LED, if not paired, both earbuds with red/blue LED flashing alternately.P.S. When operated by hand, the surround of earbuds cannot with the similar wireless Bluetooth products and the device must be in the state of power-on. Or pairing unsuccessfully.

RESET OPERATIONWhen the left and right earbuds are in the state of power-on, touch two earbuds together for about 8 seconds, until the red and blue LED flash alternately, then continue touch 2 seconds to the red/blue LED flash on a second time, the reset is successful. The earbuds on the state of charging, take out of two earbuds and touch multi-function pad with 8 seconds until the red and blue LED flash alternately, then continue to touch 2 seconds to the red/blue LED flash on a second time, the reset is successful.

Clear the pairing record

(if earbuds cannot be connected normally, please try with this method.) If paired before, just search CAPELLA in the Bluetooth list, then get into the setting, choose «canceling» or ignoring.
