  1. Use DisplayPort cables ( 5m) to connect your DisplayPort source to the Transmitter and DisplayPort sink (monitor, splitter, converter,) to the Receiver.
  2. Remove the dust covers from the MPO fibre connectors and connect them to the Transmitter and Receiver. Please ensure that the connectors snap into place before proceeding.
  3. Plug the power supplies into the transmitter and receiver and power on all your devices starting from the sink (monitor).
  4. All LEDs on Transmitter and Receiver should be lit.a. If this is not the case ensure that all connectors are fully engaged!b. If the power LED is not lit the Transmitter or Receiver isn’t powered up or faultyc. If the Source LED is not lit the connection to the source is not established correctlyd. If the Sink LED is not lit the connection to the Sink device is not established correctlye. If the Fiber LED is not lit the fiber connection between Transmitter and Receiver is not working. Try to exchange the LC plugs with each other at either Transmitter or Receiver. If this doesn’t help check if the fiber cable is broken or has a kink and replace it.
