MP68157 400mm high side mesh kit for MP6815 trailer – Installation instructions.

Note: Not all fixings may be required for assembly. Additional quantities are supplied as spares.
- Commence assembly by locating the side panels onto the trailer as shown.
- The side panels are secured at two fixing points in each corner, as circled.
- Secure the side panels at the eight fixing points using the M6 screws and nylon nuts provided. Ensure an oversize washer is used both internally and externally at each fixing point. In some instances, the placement of additional oversize washers may be required in between the trailer and mesh kit to accommodate manufacturing tolerances. It is important that gaps are filled with washers to allow fixings to be fully tightened without distorting the trailer or mesh kit.
- Install front and rear panels and secure using the anti luce at each corner:
Note: Never use the trailer with the mesh kit partially fitted or assembled. Ensure all fixings are secure prior to first use and regularly inspected thereafter.[email protected]www.maypoleltd.co.uk
