Standard limited warranty coverage

Microsoft Band comes with a standard limited warranty that provides one year of warranty coverage for hardware defects and malfunctions.

In addition to the standard limited warranty, you may also have the option to purchase additional protection for your Band. (Not available in all countries or regions.)

Microsoft Complete for Microsoft Band 2

With Microsoft Complete, you get:

• 2 years of technical support from the experts at the Answer Desk.
• An additional year of limited warranty coverage.
• Accidental damage protection—even from drops and spills.*

You can add Complete up to 45 days after purchase. Just bring your device to a Microsoft retail store for inspection and processing.
