Product Feature:

MP60 is a new multifunctional pressure cooker developed with the latest technology, which integrates the advantages of an ordinary pressure cooker, electric rice cooker, and braising and cooking pot, and makes up for the shortcomings of similar products. It adopts a microcomputer to control temperature and pressure automatically with advanced structure, novel shape, safe and reliability, complete function, convenient operation, time-saving and energy-saving, and high nutrition retention rate. It is the ideal cooker for modern families, as well as the upgraded product of ordinary pressure cooker, electric rice cooker, and braising boiler.

  1.  It has cooking functions such as cooking, cooking porridge, stewing soup, and braising.
  2.  After selecting the menu key according to the food, the cooking process is fully automatic controlled, and in the cooking process, there is an indicator light that indicates the working status of the electric pressure cooker. There is a prompt tone at the end of cooking and will turn into keeping warm mode.

Please read the following instructions carefully before pressing the function keys.

  1.  Open lid: Hold the lid handle, turn the lid counterclockwise to the open position then raise it (See below pictures).
  2. Take out the inner pot and place ingredients and water in it. (See below). Food and water shall not be more than 4/5 full(P3). Food is easy to expand in water shall not be more than 3/5 full(P4). Food and water must not be lower than 1/5 of full(P5). Overfilling may result in clogging the vent pipes and developing excess pressure. This could also cause spillage and may damage the unit.The total amount of food and water should NEVER exceed the maximum level marking of the inner pot. Please refer to the max fill lines (4/5 QL) in the inner pot.
  3. Place the inner pot into the housing. Clean the bottom of the inner pot and the surface of the heating plate before inserting the inner pot. After putting into the inner pot, gently rotate the inner pot to ensure good contact between the inner pot and the heating plate. (P6).
  4.  Close Lid:◆Check that the Silicone Ring is secured in the lid before closing.◆Hold the lid handle and put it down after making sure the open label  on the lid is aligned with the label on the body, then turn the lid clockwise until it fits (The labelis aligned with the label on the pot body). A“click” sound will be heard the lid is closed properly. (See P7A, P7B, P7C)
  5. Set Pressure release valve. Check whether the pressure release valve is in the sealed status, (Otherwise, press the OFF button to restore the Pressure release valve to the sealing status),and check if the Floating valve has fallen (TheFloating valve should remain in a falling status before heating) (See P8).
  6.  After plugging the appliance, the “Custom Cook ” menu will flash with an LCD display showing“ 00:30 ” which means the appliance is in standby mode.Attention: When the lid of the pot is not closed properly, the LCD screen will display and the pressure cooker won’t work. When the lid of the pot is rotated to the proper position, the “ ” icon disappears and the pressure cooker will work normally.
  7. Control panel◆“Start”Press“Select” to choose the Menu function, then press “Start” to enter the working status.◆“Cancel”(1) Press“Cancel” in the working status to cancel the current work and return to standby status;(2) In the process of setting a certain level, press “Cancel” to cancel the current setting and return to the previous level. You can press “Cancel” until you finally return to the Main menu.◆ “Select”(1) When a menu flashes in the panel menu area, turn the “Select” knob left or right to select the desired menu.After selecting the menu, press the “Select” knob to enter the menu function area of the LCD screen.(2) The menu function area includes a digital zone.Pressure control – Pressure (including three options of “Low”, “High”, and “Off“).Temperature control – Temp (including four options of “Low”, “Medium”, “High” and “Manual”)Delay timer – Delay (including two options of “On” and “Off“)High-temperature heating – Sear (including two options of “On” and “Off”)Keeping warm – Warm (including two options of “On” and “Off“).These menu functions have different combinations depending on the menu selected. (Illustrated below with the “Custom Cook” menu)(3) When the horizontal line “——” below the digital zone flashes, it means that the digital zone is selected. Press the“Select” knob with digital zone flashes. Turn the knob clockwise and counterclockwise to adjust the numerical value (time or temperature). After adjustment, press the “Select” knob again to save and exit the digital zone.(4) Continue turning the “Select” knob clockwise, “Pressure” gets flashing, then press the “Select” knob to enter the “Pressure” option zone:①“Low”— Choose low-pressure 50kpa cooking②“High”—Choose high-pressure 80kPa cooking③“Off”—Choose stress-free cooking(5) When “Low” or “High” pressure cooking is chosen, “Temp” options do not display; when“Off” pressure cooking is chosen, press the “Select” knob to save and jump to the temperature “Temp” setting. Press the “Select” knob again, one of the four temperature options will flash. When the “Select” knob is turned to “Manual”,the preset temperature value will be displayed in the digital zone. To adjust the temperature value, please press the “Select” knob, turn the “Select” knob clockwise and counterclockwise to adjust the temperature value when the digital zone gets flashing. After the adjustment, press the “Select” knob, save and exit the current settings and return to the menu functional zone.(6)The remaining three menu functions: “DelaySear” Warm” all have “On” and “Off” options, and the setting method is the same as above.◆Unique cooking method: “Stew first, Fry after”:(1) Most pressure work menus have a built-in “Sear” feature, which allows you to use pressure to cook food and then make it fried and juicier.(2) When the user has selected “Pressure” as “Low” or “High” and selected “Sear” as “On“, press “Start” to enterthe working status. When the holding time is over, the LCD screen will flash and wait for the countdown for 10 minutes. At the same time, all the “bibi-bibi-bibi…” sounds are the prompt tones. At this point, the user should immediately press the Pressure release button to quickly exhaust and open the lid. (For cooking liquid food, it is recommended to put a wet cloth on the lid to cool down and reduce the pressure instead of pressing the Pressure release button to exhaust). After opening the lid of the pot, press the “Select” knob again, then continue to execute the “Sear” function according to the preset program.(3) If the user does not open the lid within 10 minutes, the system will skip the “Sear” function and enter the insulation function if the warm function is set. If the warm function is not set, the work is done which means the screen will display “End” and make the sound “BiBiBi” three times.Preset guide:(See attachment: “Cooking programs”)
  8.  Open the lid and take out the food.◆When cooking is finished and “End” is displayed on the screen, you can open the lid and take out the food by following methods:◆Press Cancel to return to standby status;◆Press the Pressure release button to let the Pressure release valve exhaust until the Floating valve falls; After exhausting, press the “OFF” button, ” Pressure release valve ” and “Pressure release button” will be reset (See P9, P10, P11).◆Warning: If you are cooking liquid food (porridge, sticky liquid), do not exhaust immediately after cooking. It must be cooled naturally until the Floating valve falls, otherwise, the food will be ejected from the exhaust pipe.◆Unplug the power cord.◆Hold the lid handle tightly by the hand, turn the lid counterclockwise to the open position, and then raise the lid to take out the food. (See P1A, P1B, P2)

Attention

  1. Do not use this device near flammable substances or in wet environments.
  2. The height of the food and water put in the inner pot must follow step 2 of the Operating Instructions.
  3. Be careful to protect the Silicone ring. Please do not replace it with another rubber ring or use a tension ring to increase the seal.
  4. The Food blocking cap should be cleaned frequently and the Pressure release valve should be checked frequently to ensure that it is not blocked.
  5. Please do not force the cap open before the Floating valve falls.
  6. Do not add any weight to the Pressure release valve or replace it with something else.
  7. Do not use a cloth to block the area around the lid of the pot and the buckle of the outside pot, so as not to affect the safety performance.
  8. The contact surface between the bottom of the inner pot and the heating plate should be kept clean. The inner pot cannot be placed on other heat sources and cannot be replaced by other pots.
  9. The inner pot is coated. to prevent scratches, please use a wooden or plastic rice spoon.
  10. Please do not put your hand or face near the exhaust pipe when the pressure release valve is exhausting. Please do not touch the shell during work to avoid burns.
  11. After cooking finishes, the device will enter the Warm function automatically, and then keep warm time should not exceed 6 hours, so as not to affect the cooling effect.
  12. In the process of heating cooking, if finding a lot of exhaust around the lid, which is an abnormal working phenomenon, the safety pressure relief device is protected, please cut off the power supply immediately, suspend the use, and send it to the company’s maintenance point for maintenance.
  13.  Please do not move the device immediately after cooking, and wait for the housing to cool down. When moving, please hold the handle of the pot body with both hands, and do not hold the handle of the pot lid.
  14.  In the process of using, if there is a fault, please stop using, and send to our company’s maintenance point for maintenance.
  15.  Please do not disassemble the device by yourself or replace it with other parts, the device can only use our company’s special spare parts.
  16.  If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a special cord or special components purchased from the manufacturer or maintenance department. Do not disassemble by yourself.
  17.  Do not use it where a child can reach for as touching it without supervision may cause burns, electric shock, and injury.
  18. Before opening the lid, make sure the pressure inside the lid is fully released.
  19. Please install the Water-collection box before use and clean it frequently.
  20. There may be smoke coming out during the first use, which is normal and will disappear automatically after a few minutes of dry burning.

Clean

  1. Please turn off the appliance and unplug from the socket before cleaning.
  2. Wipe the pan with a rag. Do not soak the pot body in water or flush it with water.
  3.  Remove and clean the Water-collection box. Wipe it clean with a wet towel and put it in place.
  4.  Remove the lid and clean the inside of the lid with water, including the Silicone ring, Pressure release valve, Floating valve, and then wipe clean with a cloth.
