WARRANTY

Creative Marketing Inc. warrants that this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the day of purchase. If the product is defective, the sole obligation of Creative Marketing Inc. under this warranty shall be at its election, subject to the terms of this warranty, to repair or replace any parts deemed defective. This warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser and is not assignable or transferable. THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY, UNLESS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

This warranty does not apply to any product the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced. This warranty will be voided by misuse, improper physical environment, improper repair, acts of God, war or terror, commercial use, and improper service, operation or handling.

Return Merchandise for ServiceAny claim under this warranty must be made in writing to Creative Marketing Inc., at the address provided by our technician, within 30 days after the owner discovers the circumstances giving rise to any such claim, and must include a copy of this warranty document, a receipt or copy of your invoice marked with the date of purchase, and the original packaging. You may obtain service by after the technician has issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping carton and the package must be mailed to Creative Marketing Inc. with postage prepaid.

FUNCTIONS:

  1. Next Track / Volume Up – Short press to next track, press and hold for volume up.
  2. Power Switch / Play / Pause• Press and hold to power on or off the device.• When receiving calls, press to pickup or hang up a call, press and hold to decline the incoming call.• When the headphone is paired with a device, double click to redial the last called number.• Press to start Playing, press again to pause a track.
  3. Previous Track / Volume Down – Short press for previous track, press and hold for volume down.
  4. MicroUSB port for charging your headphone.

CHARGING THE HEADPHONE:

  1. Connect the included USB Charging cable to the MicroUSB port of your headphone.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB Charging cable to a USB port on your computer or an adapter.
  3. The LED indicator will turn solid red when charging and turns off when fully charged.

USE IN BLUETOOTH MODE:

  1. Make sure your headphone is fully charged, press the power switch, the LED indicator will blink red and blue.
  2.  Make sure your mobile device has Bluetooth enabled, search for HP4500.
  3. Select HP4500 to pair the headphone with your mobile device. 4. Your headphone will indicate with an audio note once paired successfully and your headphone will automatically reconnect to the previously connected device when it is turned on.NOTE: To connect with a different mobile device. When the headphone is turned off, press and hold the power button until the headphone indicates it is ready to pair. Repeat step 2 thru 4 to connect to a different device.

WIRED MODE:

  1. Connect the 3.5mm AUX cable to the AUX-in jack of the headphone, connect the other end to the audio out port of your mp3 player or audio device.

TF CARD MODE:

  1. When a TF Card with valid MP3 file stored is inserted into the TF Card Slot, your headphone will automatically play the music stored on the TF Card.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

  • The headphone will not power onPlease ensure the headphone is fully charged.
  • The headphone will not chargePlease try charging using a different power source or a different port on your computer Try a different MicroUSB cable from a phone or other device.
  • Unable to pair to the headphonePlease try disabling Bluetooth on your mobile device, power off the headphone. Then, power on your headphone and enable bluetooth on your mobile device. Search and select HP4500 to pair again.
  • No sound when connectedPlease ensure volume is turned on for both the headphone AND your mobile device.
  • Memory card not detected/can not be readThe card reader reads FAT or FAT32 formatted memory cards, which is what most memory cards are formatted with out of package. Please make sure the memory card used on the headphones are formatted correctly. To format the card, please refer to the card manufacturer’s instruction, or contact their technical support for assistant. The headphones have been tested to work with 64GB memory cards, however, cards made by various manufacturers might yield different transmission rate or have compatibility problems with the card reader. It is recommended to use cards made by reliable brands with the headphones.
