Mr. Beams® Limited WarrantyLimited WarrantyThis is a “Limited Warranty” which gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion under this Warranty may not apply to you. Please keep your dated sales receipt – it is required for all warranty requests.
1. Warranty CoverageFor a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase of your Mr. Beams® Battery-Powered, Motion- and Light-Sensing LED Light Fixture from an authorized re-seller, any malfunction caused during normal use by defective parts or workmanship will be corrected at no charge to you. This warranty is not transferrable and applies only to the original purchaser. By registering the purchased product on www.mrbeams.com the warranty period will be extended an additional one (1) year for a total of two (2) years from the purchase date.
2. ExclusionsRepair service, adjustment, calibration, or damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence are all excluded. Unauthorized service or modification to this product or of any furnished components will void this warranty in its entirety. This warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, installation, setup time, loss of use, postage, unauthorized service, or other products used in conjunction with, but are not supplied by, Wireless Environment, LLC. Wireless Environment, LLC’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the Mr. Beams® Battery-Powered, Motion- and Light-Sensing LED Light Fixture. In addition, Mr. Beams® reserves the right to request any product claimed defective to be returned to Wireless Environment, LLC for inspection.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USED, AND SPECIFICALLY IN LIEU OF ALL SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE CUSTOMER.
