What is EMS?EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. When using EMS, this device releases intermittent electric microcurrents to help improve facial muscle elasticity, activate the production of collagen and tighten the skin.

What is Blue LED used for?Blue LED light helps reduce common inflammation, cleans and sterilizes the skin, strengthens skin absorption and repair, balances skin oils, lightens spots, reduces pores and reduces the appearance of wrinkles.

What is Red LED used for?Red LED light helps improve the activity of skin cells, promotes metabolism and stimulates the production of collagen. Red LED light also helps to promote blood circulation and enhance skin elasticity to help reduce the signs of aging.

Getting Started

1. Remove the clear protective cover sheets from the round metal electrodes.
2. Unwrap and place the reusable gel pads over the electrodes. After the gel pads are in place, remove the blue protective film from each gel pad. NOTE: Do not throw away the blue protective films, as you can use them to cover the gel pads when not in use. This will extend the life and conductivity of the gel pads.
3. Attach the adjustable head strap. Please note: each buckle should click easily into place. If it does not click into place, flip the buckle over and try the other side. Do not force it into place.
4. Place the Double Chin Reducing Massager over your head and adjust the strap for a snug but comfortable fit. The “V” hinge should be on your neck, just behind your chin.
5. Long press (3 seconds) the power button on the Double Chin Reducing Massager to turn the device on.
6. Long press (3 seconds) the power button on the remote to turn the remote on.

Using the Wireless RemoteThe wireless remote allows you to select one of 6 modes and adjust the intensity of each mode.

1. Press the M button to switch modes.
2. Press the Level button to increase the intensity. NOTE: When beginning to use this device, start on the lowest intensity setting and gradually increase the level as you become accustomed to the sensation. The default is Level 0.
3. The wireless remote will also display the battery life of the built-in rechargeable battery.
4. Depending on your skin care objective(s), you may select one of the following modes:

NOTE: There is a 15-minute automatic shutoff timer. You may restart the device 2 or 3 more times for additional treatment as needed. We recommend using this device 2 to 3 times per week for best results.

Charging the Double Chin Reducing Massager

1. Connect the device to a USB power source with the included USB cable.
2. The charge indicator will light up RED while the device is charging.
3. The charge time is about 3 hours.
4. When charging is complete, the red LED will turn off. Disconnect the device from the charging cable.

Charging the Wireless Remote

1. Connect the remote to a USB power source with the included USB cable.
2. The battery icon will flash while the built-in battery is charging.
3. When the icon stops flashing (when the battery icon is a solid 4 bars), charging is complete.Disconnect the device from the charging cable.

Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Wipe clean with a soft cloth if needed.
2. Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
3. Do not use any harsh chemicals or cleaning solutions on this device.
4. When not in use, store this device in its original carton in a cool, dry place.

• Do not use this device for anything other than its intended purpose.
• Discontinue use if you experience discomfort or adverse reactions.
• This device is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children at all times.
• Do not attempt to open or repair this device. There are no user-serviceable parts.
• Do not use this device near water (sink, shower, tub, pool, etc.).
• Do not use this device around high heat or flames.
• Dispose of this device in accordance with local laws.

Warning!Consult your physician before using any at home massage device. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend you try it for 1 minute. If there are no adverse reactions, continue the regimen as usual.
