IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using the appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to a person. Incorrect operation due to ignoring instructions may cause harm or damage.WARNING!

  1. Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  2. Do not operate this or any other appliance with a damaged cord.
  3. Connect USB cable properly to a port on your computer or suitable power source only.
  4. Do not cover the cord, and submerge in water or any other liquid.
  5. We do not recommend the use of an extension cord, as it may overheat and become a risk of fire.
  6. Never use the power cord to pick up, carry, drag, pull, or lift the appliance. Do not pull the cord against sharp corners and edges. This could result in injury to the user or damage to the cord.
  7. Unplug the appliance before cleaning or making any repairs or servicing.
  8. Exercise caution and use reasonable supervision when the appliance is used near children.
  9. Do not clean the appliance with flammable fluids. The fumes can create a fire hazard or explosion.
  10. This appliance operates under a USB 5V power source only.

The appliance must be placed on a flat firm surface.

Description of Parts

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Note:1. The ion booster generates millions of negative ions making the air purer and fresher.2. 360° inlet ensures sufficient airflow through the appliance.3. Replace the filter every 6 – 9 months of usage.

Operating process

  1. Connect the power supplyInsert the USB cable to the USB input of the appliance (see drawing). Make sure the filter and the bottom cover are fully assembled, then place the appliance on a flat surface.Plug the other end of the USB cable into the USB 5V power source only.
  2. Turn on/off and settingsOnce the appliance is plugged in, the LED indicator light will turn red indicating the appliance is in ‘standby mode.Press the power button to turn on the appliance, the LED indicator light will turn green. Press the power button again to turn the appliance off.
  3. In functionThe ion generator inside the appliance provides millions of negative ions and turns on automatically when the appliance is on. The ion generator turns off when the appliance is turned off.

Care and maintenance

Always make sure the appliance is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.

  1. Turn the bottom cover clockwise to remove it.
  2. To change the filter, please remove the old HEPA filter from the appliance and insert the new filter.
  3. Place the bottom cover back onto the appliance and turn anticlockwise till you hear it click in place. This indicates that the bottom cap is secured to the appliance.
  4. The appliance can now be operated normally after being plugged in.

HEPA Filter replacement

  1. Turn off the appliance and unplug the USB cable.
  2. Use a soft cloth to clean the surface of the housing.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
The appliance does not work. The USB cable is not properly connected to the appliance. The USB cable is damaged Connect the USB cable properly to the appliance.Replace the USB cable.
Switching on the appliance, there is no airflow at all. The outlet airflow is being blocked by something.Damage may have been incurred within the appliance. Clean the outlet of anything blocking it and wipe the outside surface with a soft dry cloth.Contact the customer service to repair.
