OPERATION

Power:

  1. Insert the USB power cable in a 5VDC/9VDC USB mains power adaptor (not included) or a suitable USB charging port such as a computer.
  2. Insert the USB micro B plug in to the USB power socket of the wireless charger.
  3. The LED status indicator will turn to green.

Note: It is suggested to use a QualcommC) Quick Charge 3.0 USB mains adaptor for fast charging. Please check to see if your device supports quick charge otherwise it will charge at 5W.

CHARGING

  1. Place your Qi wireless enabled smart device in the centre of the charging pad.
  2. The LED status indicator will change to blue to indicate that the device is charging.

Note: This device doesn’t support smart watches.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem: Solution:
Will not charge device Ensure your smartphone supports Qi wireless charging
Ensure the mobile device is placed directly in the centre of the charging pad
Restart your mobile device and wireless charger
Take off your phone case as it may be interfering with the wireless charger
Will not power on Ensure the USB cable is connected properly to a suitable USB mains adaptor or charging port

SAFETY

  1. Do not place any metal objects, magnets, magnetic stripe cards or metal phone cases between the mobile device and the charger as it may not work properly.
  2. Keep the wireless charger at least 20cm away from any implantable medical devices such as pacemakers or cochlear, etc. to avoid interference with the medical device.
  3. Do not open the case of the wireless charger to avoid damage and injury.
  4. Keep the wireless charger away from high temperatures as it may cause damage to the speaker and battery.
  5. Do not expose the wireless charger to water, moisture or liquids to prevent the unit from damage.
  6. If using a third party mains power adaptor; make sure the voltage and current match the specifications as 5VDC or 9VDC.
