Cold Therapy:For maximum performance place sleeve in freezer for at least 2 hours. If sleeve causes discomfort, remove immediately.
Hot Therapy:Only heat sleeve when it is at room temperature. Place sleeve in center of microwave. Heat in microwave oven as follows:

If sleeve is not warm enough, heat for an additional 10 seconds maximum. Sleeve should be warm, not hot. If sleeve is too hot, allow it to cool until a comfortable temperature is reached prior to use.
Note: Always slide your sleeve on with the wide end first.
Care Instructions:Following use, if sleeve becomes damp, allow it to air dry before storing it in a cool dry place. Use damp cloth to wipe it down. Lay flat and air dry. Do not wash, do not bleach, do not place in dryer or dry clean, do not iron.
