WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

READ THIS ENTIRE INSTRUCTION MANUAL BEFORE OPERATION. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAN CAUSE HARM TO YOU OR THE DEVICE.

• DO NOT use this product in wet surroundings (e.g. in the bathroom or near a shower). DO NOT immerse product in water or any other liquid.
• Before use, ensure that all packaging materials are removed and there is no visible damage to the product. When in doubt, do not use the product and contact Pure Enrichment via email at [email protected].
• The adapter contains a transformer. DO NOT cut off the adapter to replace it with another plug.
• This product is only intended for use on the human body.
• Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by, or near children.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
• There is no need for any special training to use this product.
• Keep the cord away from hot objects and open flames.
• Only connect the product to an outlet that matches the voltage printed on the product.
• Always unplug and let the product cool down before you touch it.
• DO NOT touch the product with wet hands while it is plugged in; DO NOT allow any water to be sprayed onto it. The product must be operated only when it is completely dry.
• DO NOT drop this product. Doing so can damage the light screen.
• Avoid pulling the cord when removing the plug from the electrical outlet. Instead, hold the plug and pull.
• If the adapter, cord, or the product is damaged, contact Pure Enrichment at [email protected].
• Special tools are needed to make repairs. Never try to repair the product yourself. Doing so will void the warranty.
• This product is not suitable for use in the presence of flammable anesthetic mixtures with air or with oxygen or nitrous oxide.
• The product is protected against unauthorized use. DO NOT modify it without the authorization of the manufacturer.
• If this product is modified, appropriate inspection and testing must be conducted to ensure continued safe use of the equipment.
• This product is not intended for commercial or clinical use. It is only for individual, private household use.
• If you are taking medication such as pain relievers, antihypertensive, or antidepressants, consult your doctor beforeusing this product.
• Diabetics and people with retinal diseases need to be examined by an ophthalmologist before using this product.
• Please DO NOT use if you have an eye disease such as cataracts, glaucoma, diseases of the optic nerve in general, andinflammation of the vitreous humor.

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing PureBliss Energy Lamp by Pure Enrichment. This product offers a safe and effective way to simulate natural light in the comfort of your home. To get the maximum benefit out of using this product, please read all of the instructions in this manual.

SETTING UP PUREBLISS

1. Remove the chrome stand from the magnetized stand storage compartment.
2. Insert it into either of the two stand notches on the back of the product based on your angle preference.
3. Place the rubberized feet on a solid surface about 8″ from your eyes. For best results, the light must bathe your face from the side.
4. Plug the product into an outlet that matches the power settings printed on the unit as well as on page 4 of this manual.

NOTE:

• Position the power cord so that no one can trip over it.
• Dropping PureBliss can cause permanent damage tothe light screen.

OPERATING PUREBLISS

1. TURNING ON/OFF: Press the power button to turn the light on low. Press the button again to turn the light on high. Press a third time to turn it off.
2. TIME INDICATOR PANEL: PureBliss has a time indicator panel that illuminates to let you know how much time has elapsed during your light session. The first indicator light will appear solid when PureBliss is turned on. The second indicator light will appear solid after 20 minutes. This process will continue in 20-minute intervals until all six indicator lights are on. After 2 hours, the product will shut off automatically.
3. LIGHT SESSIONS: You can read, write, make telephone calls, or work while you use PureBliss. When using the product, try to maintain the recommended distance of 6-10 inches between your eyes and the product. Below are the recommendations for the light setting, distance and time of use:NOTE• DO NOT look directly into the light continuously. Some eye pain or mild headaches may be experienced initially butthese should pass. If in doubt, decrease your session time until you feel comfortable again.• DO NOT leave the product unattended during your light session.

STORING PUREBLISS

When you are not using PureBliss, store it in a cool, dry location that is out of the reach of children. DO NOT keep the product plugged into an electrical outlet when you are not using it.

CLEANING PUREBLISS

1. Before you clean PureBliss, always turn it off, unplug it, and let it cool completely.
2. DO NOT touch the product with wet hands.
3. Use a clean, damp cloth to clean. If necessary, you can add a mild detergent to the cloth. However, be sure to wring out any excess water before using a damp cloth on the product.
4. DO NOT let water run into the product or spill water on it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do I have to take off my glasses when I use PureBliss?No. Typically, you do not need to remove your glasses to reap the benefits of using PureBliss. However, if you wear transitional lenses that darken when you go outside, you should remove them during your session.
2. Are there any major side effects?While it is rare to experience side effects while using the product, it is possible to have eyestrain, mild headaches, nausea, or sweating. These side effects usually go away after days of using the product. Consult with your doctor if these symptoms persist longer than a few days.
3. Should I keep my eyes open for optimal results?Yes. PureBliss works through the retina of the eyes, not the skin. Staring at the light is not required.
4. What are the suggested duration times?The duration of your session will vary depending on your needs. If your physician has recommended a plan for you, follow that plan. Most people will obtain the best results using the light in the morning. Sessions can be as short as 20 minutes and as long as 2 hours.
5. Should I use PureBliss every day?Yes. We recommend that you use PureBliss daily during the winter months. Many people find that they don’t need the light during the summer. However, if you work indoors for long hours, you will benefit from year-round use.

The warranty applies to the energy lamp and necessary parts and labor relating thereto. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from failure to follow the operating instructions, accidents, abuse, alterations, or disassembly by unauthorized individuals.
