SANITIZER COMPONENTS:
PRIOR TO USE:
Prior to use, please ensure:
- Electrical devices are turned OFF
- All water is emptied from the CPAP/BiPAP humidification chamber
- Visible residue on masks, nasal pillows or accessories is wiped clean using a cleansing wipe or damp cloth
- Accessories to be sanitized are disconnected/removed from the device
For optimal sanitation, place both the Purify O3 Elite and the accessories inside the sanitizing/travel case and zip closed. A plastic storage tote (12 qts or less)with a tight-fitting lid may also be used in place of the zippered sanitizing case to disinfect a CPAP/BiPAP humidification chamber and/or mask/tubing assembly.
Always use the Purify O3 Elite sanitizer in a well-ventilated area. Avoid breathing in or ingesting ozone release. Allow Purify O3 Elite to sit for 90 minutes following the disinfection cycle to allow for residual ozone to dissipate.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
The Purify O3 Elite Series sanitizer is covered by a limited warranty for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase and covers defects in the product resulting from faults in the material or workmanship. Damage due to improper use, misuse or normal wear is not covered.

CHARGING THE BATTERY:
The Purify O3 Elite sanitizer contains a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery. For best performance and battery life, run the sanitizer 4-5 disinfection cycles or until the battery is fully drained before recharging. Please ensure the sanitizer is powered off while charging.
To charge the battery, connect the USB cable to the charging adapter. Plug the USB cable into the charging port on the side of the sanitizer as shown in Figure 1 below. Then plug the charging adapter into an electrical outlet. During the charging process, the Battery Life Indicator will illuminate with a series of blinking white indicator lights. When the Purify O3 Elite is fully charged, the Battery Life Indicator lights will change to solid white.
Charging time averages 2-3 hours and may vary depending on the battery’s remaining capacity. If the sanitizer stops working during use after a full charge, the battery may have reached the end of its serviceable life.
LOW POWER WARNING:
When low battery levels are reached, the Purify O3 Elite will alert the user with both visual and auditory alerts. The Battery Life Indicator lights will blink rapidly and a long buzz will sound. If in use, the sanitizer will attempt to continue sanitizing for the remainder of the available battery life. It is recommended to charge the sanitizer as soon as possible after the low power warning.
SANITIZING & DEODORIZING MASKS, TUBING & PARTS:
- .Disconnect masks, tubing, Tees, and accessories from the machine.
- Using a cleansing wipe or damp, clean cloth, lightly surface clean mask, nasal pillow or other surfaces of visible residue.
- Place Purify O3 Elite sanitizer and accessories to be sanitized/deodorized inside the supplied sanitizing/travel case. (For best results, connect CPAP tubing directly to the Purify O3 Elite as shown in Figure 2.) If the accessories are too large for the sanitizing case, a medium-sized storage container with tightly fitting lid (12 qts or less) may be used, refer to Figure 3 below.
NOTE: Purify O3 Elite is intended for use to sanitize and deodorize accessory items only. Please refer to your user manual for guidance on cleaning and disinfection of the PAP or nebulizer machine.
WARNING:Operate only in a well-ventilated area.Do not breathe or ingest the ozone.
4. To activate the Purify O3 Elite, place and hold your finger on the On/Off Touch Sensor for 2 seconds as shown in Figure 4. The Purify O3 Elite will beep once and the Disinfection Progress Ring shown in Figure 5 will illuminate to indicate the disinfection process has begun. The Battery Life Indicator will also light to show the estimated battery life remaining.NOTE: The On/Off Touch Sensor is activated by covering the button – it will not depress if pushed.
5. Zip case fully closed (or secure lid, if utilizing container). The sanitizing/ deodorizing cycle for Purify O3 Elite is approximately 35 minutes in length. During the cycle, the Progress Indicator Ring will darken to indicate when the cycle is one-fourth, halfway, and three-fourths complete as shown in Figure 6. At the conclusion of disinfection, the sanitizer will beep once and power off.
The sanitizer and accessories must remain in the closed case/container for an additional 90 minutes to allow the residual ozone to dissipate. Before use, run your PAP or nebulizer machine for 20-60 seconds with mask and tubing attached to flush fresh air through accessories.
Your masks, tubing, Tees and accessories may be sanitized daily, as desired.
NOTE: To stop the sanitation process mid-cycle, place finger on the On/Off Touch Sensor for 4 seconds. The sanitizer will signal the cancellation with a long beep and power off. Reseal case/container and let sanitizer and accessories sit in closed case/container for at least 90 minutes to allow residual ozone to dissipate before use. Stopping a sanitizing cycle before completion is not recommended.
IMPORTANT:Do not use your mask, tubing, or accessories for at least 90 minutes after sanitation is complete to allow remaining ozone to dissipate.
SANITIZING CPAP/BIPAP HUMIDIFICATION CHAMBER & TUBING :
- Ensure CPAP/BiPAP machine is turned off.
- Empty water from the humidification chamber.
- Place humidification chamber and/or tubing inside the supplied sanitizing/travel case. If the tubing and humidification chamber are too large for the sanitizing case, a medium-sized storage container with a tightly fitting lid (12 qts or less) may be used, refer to Figure 7 below.
NOTE: Purify O3 Elite is intended for use to sanitize CPAP/BiPAP accessories. Please refer to your PAP/BiPAP machine’s user manual for guidance on cleaning and disinfection of the PAP machine.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
The disinfection process leaves an odor:– Before using, run your CPAP/BiPAP or nebulizer machine for 20-60 seconds to allow any residual odor to flush from the device.– Run the Purify O3 Elite disinfection cycle earlier in the day to allow time for the residual odor to dissipate before use.
Charging indicator light does not turn on:– Check the charging adapter and wire connection. Ensure battery has been charged for at least one hour.Purify O3 Elite does not turn on after charging:– Ensure the On/Off Touch Sensor is fully covered for 2 full seconds to power on.– Connect the Purify O3 Elite to the charger and plug into an electrical outlet.Cover the On/Off Touch Sensor for 2 seconds to power on. Disconnect from outlet and use as normal.
Battery is fully charged but Purify O3 Elite sanitizer is not working:– Contact the retailer where sanitizer was purchased for warranty evaluation.
The Purify O3 Elite stops functioning:– Battery may be depleted. Connect charger to sanitizer and plug into electrical outlet to charge.
Purify O3 Elite stops during use after a full charge:– Battery may have reached the end of its serviceable life. Charge sanitizer fully and attempt to run a complete sanitizing cycle.– If the problem persists and sanitizer is less than 2 years from date of purchase, contact the retailer the sanitizer was purchased from for warranty evaluation. If over 2 years from purchase, dispose of the product per electronic recycling guidelines in your area.
Purify O3 Elite does not power off automatically after the sanitation cycle:– Power the sanitizer off by covering the On/Off Touch Sensor for 4 seconds.– If the problem persists and sanitizer is less than 2 years from date of purchase, contact the retailer the sanitizer was purchased from for warranty evaluation.If over 2 years from purchase, dispose of the product per electronic recycling guidelines in your area.
No ozone is generated:– Verify the sanitizer has adequate battery life. Connect the charger to the sanitizer and plug it into an electrical outlet. Power sanitizer on and confirm fan is working. If fan is inoperable, contact the retailer where sanitizer was purchased for warranty evaluation.
Sanitizing multiple accessories/components in one cycle:– A medium-sized storage container with lid (12 qts or less) may be used to sanitize masks, tubing and water humidification chamber in one cycle to save time.– Follow sanitizing directions as listed in the instruction section of this booklet.
Sanitizing CPAP/BiPAP or nebulizer machines:– Purify O3 Elite is intended for use to sanitize equipment and accessories only.– Please refer to your CPAP/BiPAP or nebulizer machine’s user manual for guidance on cleaning and disinfection of the PAP machine.
