Ranger Bluetooth Speaker 288 is a hybrid Bluetooth mini speaker with superb quality music output. It allows you to stream music from Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones and laptops wirelessly. It also comes with a 3.5mm universal audio jack interface . The 3.5mm audio jack cable can use with devices that are without Bluetooth function such as MP3, MP4 or CD player.

The Ranger Hybrid Bluetooth Speaker 288 is very portable. It is compact and weight only 81.5g and can be stashed into your bag and brought out conveniently

Charging

Ranger Hybrid Bluetooth Speaker 288 use the DC power jack socket and comes with a USB charging cable.

  1. Connect one end of the Usb charging cable to the DC port of the speaker and insert the other end ( USB-A ) into the USB port of your PC.
  2. Each charge cycle may take 1.5 hours.
  3. LED will indicate red while charging and goes off when charging is complete.

Note:

  1. Only use the Usb charging cable that comes with the Speaker.
  2. When the battery is low, LED will flash red and beep sound will come out every 20 seconds. Please charge it.

Basic Operations

Using 3.5mm audio cable
  1. Connect the 3.5mm audio cable from the ( AUX IN ) port of the speaker to your music player.
  2. Set / Push the switch to the “wire” position and the LED will shown as blue colour when Line in is working.
  3. Adjust the volume using the controls on your music player.
  4. After use, please switch off the speaker and disconnect the audio cable.
Using Bluetooth
  1. Set / Push the switch to the Bluetooth position – LED will flash blue quickly.
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone or music device, search for Bluetooth device.
  3. Select “Ranger 288” in the list of Bluetooth devices, then follow the steps and enter pin code 0000 to pair
  4. Once paired and connected, LED will flash blue once every 15 seconds. The Bluetooth speaker will be automatically connected to your mobile phone or music device whenever you turn the Bluetooth speaker on again and the device must be within the operating range.

NOTE:

  1. When losing connection, the speaker will automatically switch itself off after 30 minutes, please restart it again when connect.
  2. When the battery power is low , LED will not shown up if you switch to Bluetooth side. But it may work fine on the Line in side. Please charge it.
  3. Do not play music at excessive levels as may result damage to the equipment
  4. Do not use outdoors in the wet or in damp surroundings
