WARNINGS

  1. This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be done by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
  2. This device is intended for household and indoor use only. Keep the appliance out of reach of children when it is energized or cooling down.
  3. This device should never operate empty/unloaded, because such action could result in appliance failure and/or injuries to the user.
  4. Do not use this product near flammable or combustible liquids, gases, explosive dust or any smoke and fire sources.
  5. Never use on or near toxic materials as the vapors or dust may cause a health hazard.
  6. Do not use the device to clean plaster, cement, etc. that can harden on coming into contact with water and can thus hamper the normal functioning of the machine.
  7. This product is not a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children or pets. Never use this product on pets.
  8. When not in use, place the product on hard, flat, stable and dry surface.
  9. Slight odors are possible at beginning of usage until device reaches its thermal stability.
  10. Plug in power supply that corresponds to the rated one on product only.
  11. This device is equipped with a grounded plug. Please ensure the wall outlet in your house is well earthed.
  12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced immediately by authorized and qualified person only.
  13. If the device is not working as it should, has received a sharp blow, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, do not use it.
  14. Do not attempt any modification or repair by yourself and ensure that any repair is conducted only by appropriately qualified technician.
  15. Keep the product away from heated surfaces.
  16. Intended for water heating/usage only. Do not heat any other liquid or add any (cleaning) substances to the water.
  17. This device should never be switched on or stay plugged in power supply when not in use, while replacing accessories or during cleaning.
  18. In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
  19. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance into water or other liquids.
  20. Regularly remove blockages caused by dust, fluff, hair etc. because they greatly reduce device’s general performance.
  21. Each product is 100 % quality tested to ensure product performance and safety. Thus, you may notice some water residue in/on the device.
  22. This product uses high temperature steam and thus contact with any bystanders, animals and user‘s own body parts should be avoided.
  23. During use, do not turn over the product. Do not shoot the steam to human beings or pets to avoid burns.
  24. The liquid or steam must not be directed towards equipment containing electrical components, such as the interior of ovens.
  25. If the floor to be cleaned is occupied by electrical appliances or objects that cannot tolerate steam (including, but not limited to power sockets), remove or protect the electrical appliances or objects before cleaning.
  26. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the product distributor may cause personal or property hazards or injuries.
  27. Care should be taken when using the appliance due to the emission of steam; unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.
  28. Regarding the instructions for filling, cleaning and descaling, please refer to the below paragraphs.
  29. Although the device has been checked its usage and consequences are strictly user responsibility.

BEFORE FIRST USE

Take out the product and the components, remove all packaging materials and check for possible damage on any of them.

NOTE: The appliance requires a short run-in time. At the start, the steam output is very irregular and damp, single droplets of water may leak out shortly.

Assembling accessories

NOTE: Before any disassembly or maintenance make sure, the device is turned off and unplugged from power supply.Step 1: Push the rear end of any chosen accessory onto the steam nozzle and lock it by turning it counter clockwise. (see Picture 4).Step 2: The round brush can be slide onto any nozzle (see Picture 5).

USAGE – MAIN UNIT

Step 1: Place the device on a firm surface.Step 2: Open the water container lid upwards.Step 3: Use cup to fill water into the device.NOTE: When filling the water, pay attention to the marking (MAX). Fill a maximum of 270 ml distilled water or tap water into the water container.Step 4: Close the water container lid downwards.Step 5: Plug the device in power supply. Press the power switch and its light turns on.Step 6: Press and hold or lock (by sliding constant steam lock downwards) the steam switch, the light in water tank will be on (Red light). After approximately15 seconds the steam will start to release.Step 7: When you stop using the device, release or unlock (by sliding constant steam lock upwards) the steam switch. Press power switch to turn the device off.

NOTES

  • If the steam volume is reduced or stopped during use, water will probably have to be refilled.
  • When the water container is empty and all the steam emits from nozzle, the indicated light in the water tank will shut off and the heating element will stop working.
  • It is suggested not to leave any unused water in the tank to avoid mold or lime scale build up.
  • It is highly recommended to use only distilled water to avoid lime scale clogging of the device and/or accessories.
  • Do not add any additives like perfume, vinegar, starch, dirt-cleaning gel, cleaning gel or other chemical materials to water in container.
  • Store the appliance in a dry location that is protected from frost and direct sunlight.
  • Allow the device to cool down and accessories to completely dry before storing them.
USAGE – ACCESSORIES

NOTES

  • Prior to using the appliance on any surface or textile, always make sure that material is not sensitive to steam by doing a test on a concealed area first before using on a whole product/area.
  • Do not direct the steam at glued laminated edges as the edge may loosen.
  • Do not use the appliance for cleaning unsealed wood or parquet floors.
  • Do not use the appliance for cleaning painted or plastic coated surfaces such as kitchen or living room furniture, doors or parquet.
  • To clean these surfaces, steam a cloth briefly and use it to wipe over the surfaces.
  • Steam can damage sealed points of the window frame and, at low outside temperatures, lead to tension on the surface of window panes and hence to glass breakages. Do not direct the steam at sealed points on the window frame. At low outside temperatures, heat up the window panes by gently steaming the full surface of the glass. Clean the window area with a manual nozzle and cover. To remove the water, use a squeegee or wipe the surfaces dry.
  • Plastic/metal brushes can scratch sensitive surfaces. They are not suitable for cleaning sensitive surfaces.

Steam nozzle: The steam nozzle can be used for the following application areas without accessories:

  1. For removing slight creases from the hanging clothing items: Steam the clothing item from a distance of 10-20 cm.
  2. For wiping damp dust: Steam a cloth briefly and use it to wipe over furniture.

Small plastic/metal round brushes: The round brushes are used for cleaning stubborn dirt that can be removed more easily that way.Attachment for textile and disinfection: It can be used for cleaning small areas that can be washed down, shower cubicles and mirrors. Usually, the microfiber cloth / window attachment should be used with this accessory.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

NOTE: Before cleaning, please make sure the product has been turned off and unplugged from power supply. Also, make sure that the product and components/accessories have been cooled down.Step 1: After using the product, remaining water in the water container must be poured from the device and left to air-dry, to avoid the oxidation of the water container.Step 2: Do not use hard or sharp objects to clean the product or other components to avoid damages.Step 3: Take away the cloth and use mild cleaning agent to thoroughly clean the cloth. Let it air-dry thoroughly before further use or storage. Step 5: Use soft wet cloth to clean the machine body, the nozzle and all other accessories. Then use dry soft cloth to wipe dry the product.Step 4: Put the product and the accessories in a dry and cool place out of reach of children or animals.Step 5: If the product is not used for a prolonged period of time, you may disassemble the product according to disassemble procedures.

NOTES

  • After the cooling of the product, hot steam will become water vapor after cooling. Some water vapor will accumulate in the mop head and become water drops drilling out, which is a normal phenomenon – so make sure to let it dry completely
  • Cleaning cloths can be machine washed on low temperatures.
  • Do not put cleaning cloths into a dryer. Air-dry it.
  • The cleaning cloth is a consumable item. Please replace with new cleaning cloth when appropriate in order not to affect the cleaning effect.
  • If the end of the thread appears on the cleaning cloth, please cut it carefully and do not pull.
  • If the product become blocked by lime scale, mix one part of citric acid with three parts water. Pour this mixture into the water container and leave it for 6 hours. After that, turn the device ON over non-citric acid/water resistant surface.
Self-cleaning

Step 1: Switch off and unplug the device.Step 2: Allow the appliance cool down. Drain the water completely out of the water tank.Step 3: Mix descaling solution with water according to the details. Fill the mixed descaling solution into the water tank.Step 4: Push the self-cleaning button to up position.Step 5: Plug in the appliance, open power switch and long press/lock the steam switch.Step 6: Only water pump will work in this mode and the light in the water tank will be on. (Blue light)Step 7: Once self-cleaning function starts, the mixed descaling solution emits from steam nozzle.NOTE: Repeat the descaling process if necessary.Step 8: Run the device one more time with water to drain the entire mixed descaling solution residue.Step 9: Switch off and unplug the device.Step 10: Switch the device to steam mode. (Push the self-cleaning button to down position.)Step 11: Refill the water.Step 12: Plug the device back in, open power switch and long press/lock the steam switch.Step 13: Operate the device for around 1 min.NOTE: Pay attention that the appliance may be “spitting out” water at the first time’s use after self-cleaning.)Step 14: Switch the device off and unplug.
