Bluetooth HeadsetSkullcandy BTG-363
Thank you for selecting Skullcandy Stereo Bluetooth helmet BTG-363. This model provides skiers with the ability to receive stereo audio transmitted via Bluetooth wireless technology along with hands-free operation of Bluetooth-enabled cell phones. When paired with a mobile phone, this headset allows to switch back and forth between the audio source and a phone call. The audio source for this headset can be any audio device that is Bluetooth-enabled to comply with A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) specification. The cell phone must be compliant with Bluetooth specification version 1.1 or 1.2. This model still can be used as wired headphone when Bluetooth switches off.

1. Charging the headset
- Red LED blinking every 2 seconds when battery is low, meanwhile beeping sound can be heard in 20 seconds for charger reminder
- Plug USB connector into the USB charging socket. The Red LED light keep in bright to indicate the headset battery is charging.
- Once the indicator light turns off, the headset is fully charged and can be removed from the power supply
2. Pairing the headset
- Ensure the headset is off.
- Press the power button on headset for 5 seconds, then Blue LED and Red LED fast flash by turns.
- Put mobile phone into pairing mode (see the instructions which came with cell phone). Ensure that the mobile phone is no more than 1 meter away from the headset.
- When mobile phone finds the headset, BT-helmet will be shown on the phone’s display.
- Enter the passwords number: 0000
If pairing is successful, the blue light will slow flashing every 2 seconds, now the headset is now ready for operation and can be used.
If the headset is in paring model, but there’s no pairing action by user in following 5 minutes, then headset will be switched off automatically for power saving.
3. Use/call management
Powering on/off the headsetTo switch the headset on, press and hold the Power button for about 3 seconds. The blue LED will flash fast (3 times in 2 seconds )and beeping sound is heard. To switch the headset off, press and hold the Power button for about 3 seconds, the red LED flash 3 times and beeping sound is heard, and then the headset is turn off .
Change VolumeTo increase the volume ( Voice and Bluetooth music), press Vol+ Button , to decrease the volume ( Voice and Bluetooth music), press Vol- Button.
Play Forward & Play backwardPress play forward button & backward button for Bluetooth music choice.
Play/PausePress Multifunction button for Bluetooth music Play/Pause.
Accepting/Rejecting a callWhen the phone rings( ring tone can be heard in headset), briefly press the multifunction button for phone answer, Press and hold multifunction for more than 3 second for call rejection.
Ring tone can be heard in headset during music enjoying, while music stop for phone talking and come back automatically once phone finish.
Ending callPress the multifunction button briefly once call end
Transferring a call to the phonePress and hold the multifunction more than 3 seconds during a call to transfer the call from headset to the mobile phone, press and hold the same button again to transfer the call back to the headset.
Initiating a call with Voice dialingYou may be able to initiate the voice dialing function from your headset( your phone will need to support voice dialing and voice tags need to be entered). To activate, briefly press the voice dialing Button, you will then be able to speak the name of the person you wish to call. Press and hold same button more than 3 seconds for last number dial.

Resetting HeadsetIf the headset stops responding, try charging it for a few minutes.
4. Interface for wired audio source
When the power of Bluetooth headset uses up while it’s not convenient to charge on time, this device still can be used as wired headphone with attached cable connecting to your other audio devices.
Please note wired audio source is prior to wireless on this headset. Bluetooth will switch off automatically once 3.5mm audio plug inserted. Please restart the headset if you want Bluetooth working.
5. Troubleshooting
Problem: The headset will not turn on Suggestion: The headset battery may be flat, Try recharging the headset
Problem: Pairing is unsuccessfulSuggestion:
- Try moving the phone and headset closed together during pairing
- Make sure that the mobile phone is in the correct Bluetooth mode
- Some electrical devices such as microwave ovens create a noisy electrical environment make it difficult for the headset to communicate with the phone
- Try moving away from such devices and try again
