• Output (TWS/ Watch): 5W/ 3W (Not for iWatch) After charging the device on the charging station for 20 seconds, the indicator light will go out. After the device is fully charged, it will still shut down.

Warning

• Do not store the device in high temperature environment, including heat caused by intense sunlight or other forms of heat. Do not place the device in fire or other excessively hot environments. Exposure to fire or temperature above 212F(100℃) may cause explosion.
• Do not use the wireless charger in excess of its output rating. Overloading outputs above rating may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
• Do not expose the wireless charger to rain or snow.
• Do not modify, repair or disassemble the unity. If so, please contact the manufacturer.
• Please switch off the wireless charger when not in use. The wireless charger will automatically switch off when disconnected from its wall charger.

Some watch bands may hold the watch up, causing it out of the sensing area. Please press the watch a little bit onto the charging area.

The AirPods charging case of model ‘A1602’ has no wireless charging function. Please refer to the serial number on the lid of the charging case.

Tips

1. Please remove your phone case before charging if the thickness >5 mm.
2. Only use certified QC 3.0/ PD Charging Wall Adapter to charge the devices. Do not plug into computer USB port or any other non-certified USB ports.
3. Place your Qi-enabled devices accurately in the wireless charging area when charging.
4. A QC 3.0/ PD adapter is required when charging 2 devices simultaneously. It is suggested to use 9V 2A, 12V 2A adapter.
5. Make sure to disconnect the device from power when cleaning.
6. It is normal and safe to hear a humming noise when very close to the charger. It means that the wireless charger is adjusting its temperature to achieve a more efficient charging speed.
7. If your device can not be fully charged, this may due to high environmental temperature, please recharge after the temperature is lowered. This charger has temperature control to safe guard your device when charging.

FAQQ: If the LED light flashes and the wireless charging pad doesn’t work, how can I deal with this?

A:

1. Make sure your device supports the Qi wireless charging function before using this wireless charger.
2. Check if you are using the QC 3.0/ PD adapter to charge the devices.
3. Test with other USB cables.
4. Check whether the cases of your devices come with metal objects. Magnetic and metal attachments will prevent charging and make the LED flash.
5. Please make sure that the thickness of your phone case does not exceed 5 mm. Especially the ‘Otterbox’ cases.
