Limited Product WarrantyYour product(s) is covered by a Limited Warranty of One Year from the Delivery Date. Electronics including battery cases have a limited warranty of 6 months. The Warranty Period is non-transferable to a replacement product and covers the original Date of Delivery. A warranty claim must be initiated by the Customer. Please fill the Return and Exchange form to request a replacement or a refund. If the product is not in stock or has been discontinued, a refund will apply and a replacement will not be shipped out.
ExceptionsThe Limited Warranty does not apply to our products purchased through non-authorized resellers.The Limited Warranty does not apply to damage of the product caused by accident abuse or drops, misuse, improper care or maintenance, or any purpose other than its intended purpose.The Limited Warranty does not apply to theft.The Limited Warranty does not cover your DEVICE.
