Choose the right size for your ear caps:

We offer three different ear cap sizes: Large, Medium, and Small. Please try out the different sizes and find the best fit, to ensure the optimal listening experience.

PAIRING YOUR EARBUDS

Remove both earbuds from the charging case and peel off the insulating film.
Place both earbuds back into the charging case in order to charge (when the indicators emit a white light, this signals that the earbuds have been activated).
Remove both earbuds. They will turn on and begin pairing automatically (the indicator will flash between blue and white).
On your phone, turn on the Bluetooth function and look for SNRGY under available devices. Connect to it.

NOTE

If your two earbuds are not pairing immediately, or if there is no sound emitting from one earbud, proceed as follows:

Turn off Bluetooth on your phone, and then turn off your earbuds. Next, hold down the Power button on your earbuds for 5 seconds to turn them back on, then double-click the Power buttons. The earbuds will enter pairing mode (the indicators will be quickly flashing blue). After about 5 seconds, the earbuds will enter phone pairing mode (the indicators will flash between blue and white).

Siri:iOS users can triple-click the earbud to turn Siri on, and click once to turn Siri off (this function is only supported in iOS).
Turn off:Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will then turn off and begin charging automatically. To turn the earbuds off outside of the charging case, hold down both Power buttons for 5 seconds while your music/audio is paused.

FACTORY RESET

If your earbuds are not working properly, please follow the repair procedure as follows:

Clear records: turn off your phone’s Bluetooth and the earbuds. Hold down both earbud Power buttons for 5 seconds, then triple-click the Power buttons. The indicators will light up white for 1 second, then the earbuds will clear their records and turn off automatically.
Next, remove both earbuds and place them back into the charging case, to reactivate them.
Auto pairing: Remove both earbuds from the charging case, and they will now begin pairing automatically.
After restoring factory settings, delete the SNRGY Bluetooth device from your phone’s devices list, then search again and reconnect with SNRGY from your Bluetooth devices list.

CHARGE

Charging Earbuds

Place both earbuds into the charging case (the indicator will turn white, signalling that they are now charging).
While charging, the white indicator light will stay solid.
When the earbuds are fully charged, the white indicator light will turn off.

Charging the Charging Case

Please use the charger with output of DC5V/1A. You can use a USB cable to charge the charging case with devices that have USB ports (please use factory-certified charger).

Warning for Charging

DO NOT press the Power button while charging the earbuds, or they will not be able to pair. In this case, you will need to reset the earbuds for pairing.

SAFETY NOTICE:

Store the earbuds in a dry place, to avoid buildup of oil, water, moisture and dust which could affect product performance.
AVOID using stimulus/organic solvents to clean the earphones.
The earbuds should be used correctly, as per the specifications. DO NOT use the earbuds in the above-listed banned environments. To ensure a smooth Bluetooth connection, it is recommended that the earbuds are kept within a maximum distance of 10m from the phone/listening device.
If the earphones are failing to connect to your device via Bluetooth, or you are experiencing a poor connection, please DO NOT dismantle the earbuds on your own.
When charging the earbuds, please use the standard USB cable or the one provided by our company.
