Speed Bluetooth User Guide

Introduction

Thank you for choosing this Bluetooth headset from Tellur. Enjoy music and experience completely wireless phone calls, thanks to its stylish, powerful compatibility. It is the perfect choice in your office, while driving or for outdoor activities.

Bluetooth wireless technology

Bluetooth wireless technology allows you to connect compatible communication devices without cables. The Bluetooth connection does not need the phone and headset to be in line of sight, but both devices should be within 10 metres (about 30 feet) from each other. Connections may be subjected to interferences from obstructions, such as walls or other electronic devices. The headset is compliant with Bluetooth version 4.0, and supports the following profiles: headset profile 1.1/1.2 and hands-free profile 1.5/1.6, A2DP/AVRCP. Check with the manufacturers of the devices you want to pair it to to determine whether the device is compatible.

  2. MFB button.
  3. Volume button (+ and -).
  4. Charging port, earphone port.

Before you start using the headset, you must charge it fully and connect it to a compatible phone or device.Note: parts of the headset are made of magnetic materials and metallic materials may be attracted to the headset. Before charging the headset, please check that the specifications of the charger label comply with the requirements (the charger output voltage should be: DC5V +/- 0.25 V; output current should be: 100mA–500mA). If charging voltage is too high, it is very likely to damage the Bluetooth headset.

Warning: use the correct charger. Damage caused by use of other types of chargers is not covered by warranty. If there is a USB cable, it should be connected to the charger or computer with a valid 3C certificate.

To recharge the battery

This headset adopts built-in, non-removable, rechargeable batteries. Please do not try to take out the batteries from the headset, to avoid damage to the headsets. While not in use, store it in a dry place with good ventilation, and recharge it every 2  months.

  1. When the red light flashes and there are low battery beeps in the receiver, it means the battery is low. The device will power off automatically when out of power. The device needs to be recharged by inserting the plug of the charger cable into the headset jack. Plug the charger to an AC socket
  2. Before charging, connect the headset to the charger. A red indicator signals the charging process. It will take around 2 hours to be fully charged. Once fully charged, the red light will turn off and the blue light will turn on. Disconnect the charger and headset connection and the power socket.
  3. A fully charged headset can support up to 2–6 hours’ talk time and 100–180 hours’ standby time (depending on headset model). In practice, actual talk time and standby time may differ because of different mobile phones (linked to Bluetooth versions), different usage methods and different environments.
