GENERAL INFORMATION:
TERRO® Discreet Indoor Fly Traps attract and trap flies throughout the home. Fly attraction is increased by this product’s proprietary food-based, odor-free lure. A simple, patterned design with hi-contrast openings offers a discreet option for fly control in any home by blending into decor while allowing trapped flies to blend into the dark surface of the included glue boards. A variety of placement options allow for flexibility in trap placement on tables and countertops, or mounted onto walls, windows or appliances with the included removable adhesive strips and mounting hardware. Two glue boards and lures per trap are included.
WHERE TO USE:
TERROR’ Discreet Indoor Fly Traps can be used anywhere flies may be present such as kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, garages or any other area of the home.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Product Assembly/Application:
- Fold along center perforation, then tear glue board into two pieces and remove film backing from one piece.
- Open 1 food lure packet and sprinkle contents evenly onto sticky surface of glue board.
- Fold glue board piece along remaining perforations and insert into trap housing from top with sticky surface toward openings in front.
- Determine desired area to place trap.
- a. If placing trap on table or countertop, 2 traps can be placed individually or snapped together using tabs on back of trap housing for 360° coverage. Place trap with open end down on surface.
- b. If mounting trap on vertical surface, first ensure surface is smooth, clean and dry. Next, install mounting hardware. Remove non-wall side liner from adhesive, then press strip to back of mounting hardware on side opposite of mounting hardware tabs. Ensure adhesive removal portion extends beyond edge of mounting hardware. Remove wall-side liner and press mounting hardware to desired application surface 5ft-7ft from floor, ensuring mounting hardware tabs are facing up. Press firmly for 30 seconds. Wait 1 hour before hanging fly trap. Note: DO NOT use adhesive application on delicate surfaces such as unpainted walls, wallpaper or wood furniture finishes.
Product Refil
- When glue board is full of flies, remove glue board from trap housing by shaking downward over trashcan.
- Repeat steps 1-4 under Product Assembly/Activation.
Adhesive Removal:
- Gently hold clip in place. Stretch the strip slowly against the wall at least 6 inches to release. Always pull straight down.
