The Green Machine Industrial Food Waste Processor
Introduction:
This crusher will help you to separate your waste even better and also the GFE crusher contributes to a better environment. At the water treatment plant the ground GFE is turned into Biogas again.
Functions:
Your GFE grinder is made to process food waste, vegetables, fruit-peels, small bones up to chicken and turkey, fish skin, tea bags (no plastic bags !) coffee pads and bags. The GFE crusher grinds it into small particles so that they can easily be flushed away through the existing drain pipe.

- We use top-grade engineering plastic to provide dual protection to the processor body. Equipped with low noise motor, the structure design also can reduce the shake.

The food waste disposer may NEVER be used for: plastics, paper, stone, glass, wood, metal, plants or flowers. Remove spoiled vegetables or meat from the packaging and put it in the correct bin. The GFE crusher is intended for organic waste only.NEVER PUT YOUR HAND INTO THE RUNNING DISPOSER!

Operation Guideline
Try to save some organic waste before starting the GFE processor this will save water and energy.1. Open the Cold water tap2. Start the GFE processor with the Air-Switch button3. Put the organic waste in the GFE processor4.Do not close the Cold water tap while the processor is running5. After processing all the food waste close the tap6. Stop the GFE processor with the Air-Switch buttonImportant:Clean the GFE processor with some old fashion soap and hot water every week. Simpel put hot water and soap in a bucket start the disposer and drop it in the running processor this cleans the whole machine.NEVER USE AGGRESSIVE CLEANERS THIS IS BAD FOR THE MACHINE AND THE ENVIRONMENT
Troubles Shoot:

| No power | Power disconnected. | Check the power supply. |
| Can not start | The grind chamber is jammed. | Disconnect the power supply
and remove the jam. |
| Water leakage | The sealing part is not fastened. | Fasten the corresponding
screws. |
| Sharp noise | Hard stuff in the grind container. | Turn off the processor and
remove the obstruction. |
| Vibrating noise when it is jammed. | Overlaad protector damaged. | Get if fixed by the specialists. |
Guarantee Restrictions:
1. We offer 2 year warranty.If users operate the processor according to the instructions in this manual, and there is malfunction, we will provide warranty service. But we do not pay insurance, postage and delivery freight. Please show the receipt to us for warranty.2. For the following situations, we will charge even in guarantee period:
- Cannot provide valid Warranty Card and Purchase lnvoice(Unless you can prove that processor is within guarantee period)
- Damage caused by not complying with the User Manual in assemble, use, maintenance or storage.
- Damage caused by falling off or improper preservation.
- Damage caused by repair, transform, and disassembly or clean in other unauthorized repair shop.
- No record of purchase date (No.), product name, product model, client name, address, telephone, agency name. And alteration the information in the Warranty Card without authorization or the seller’s store stamp.
- The model or product number recorded in the Warranty Card is not the same as the product.
