To change the silicone ear-tips:

  1. Turn over the ear-tip upper cover.
  2. Rotate and firmly push the ear-tip tube to cover the ear-tip pillar.
  3. Turn the ear-tip upper cover back on the nozzle.

The xGo model comes with a protective film on the charging contacts of both earbuds that Is used for pre-sales protection. Please remove the film carefully to charge the earbuds.A fully charged charging case can charge completely discharged earbuds up to 4 times.
