FAQ

Q: Why does the sanitizing process continue after my smartphone has already been cleaned?A: The sanitization process begins whenever the lid is CLOSED. Meaning, the UV Sanitizer will continue to clean for 6 minutes even AFTER the smartphone is removed and the lid is closed. This ensures the UV Sanitizer chamber is sanitized before placing another item inside.Q: Can I keep my case on during the sanitizing process?A: Yes, you can. You can keep your phone case ON during the sanitizing process. Our product works with the majority of standard smartphone cases.Q: Can this product clean other objects besides smartphones?A: Yes, it can also clean small objects such as: car/house keys, remotes, jewelry, and even small tablets.Q: How does the UV Light work? Where is it located?A: There is a powerful UV Light Wavelength, UVC, which is an ultraviolet light that dissolves and disintegrates harmful germs and bacteria. The UV light bulbs are located at the top and bottom of the UV Sanitizer chamber. UVC is extremely powerful and is dangerous to the human eye. Ensure you DO NOT crack open the lid while the sanitization process is occurring. In doing so, you may be exposed to UVC light which can damage the eyes and skin.
