TR-4151F (2013-2015) POLARIS RANGER XP900 STAGE 5 FULL EXHAUST SYSTEM INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- REMOVE THE ENTIRE STOCK EXHAUST SYSTEM
- VERIFY THAT THE STOCK MANIFOLD GASKET IS IN GOOD CONDITION (IF NOT, REPLACE WITH NEW OEM GASKET)
- BOLT-ON THE HEADPIPE ASSEMBLY TO THE CYLINDER USING THE STOCK GASKET
- SLIDE ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM MID PIPES TO THE HEADPIPES AND ATTACH WITH SPRINGS
- INSTALL THE 2:1 COLLECTOR OVER THE MID PIPES AND ATTACH THE STOCK RUBBER SWING MOUNTAIN SPRINGS
- INSTALL THE 4-BOLT INLET FLANGES TO THE FRONT OF THE NEW SILENCERS WITH THE SPRING TABON THE TOP OUTSIDE BOLT HOLE LOCATION.
- MOUNT THE “T” STYLE BRACKET WITH THE STOCK BOLTS LOCATED ON THE BACK CENTER OF THE VEHICLE.
- SLIDE THE TWO BILLET SILENCER CLAMPS ONTO THE SILENCER
- INSTALL THE SILENCER ONTO THE COLLECTOR PIPE
- POSITION THE BILLET SILENCER MOUNTING CLAMPS WITH THE “T” BRACKET AND INSTALL BOLTS.
- MAKE SURE THE ENTIRE EXHAUST SYSTEM IS ALIGNED PROPERLY AND TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS
- ATTACH ALL SPRINGS
