Congratulations on your purchase of the Triplett TPM10 Pocket Thermometer. The thermometer is designed for measuring the temperatures of liquids and semi-solids.

Operation
ON/OFF: Press to Power ON/OFF /:℃/℉: Press to switch between temperature units ( and ) HOLD: Locks the displayed temperature value. MAX/MIN: Press the MAX/MIN button to save and display the data respectively.*NOTE: Pressing the MAX/MIN key for 3 seconds will CLEAR the saved data.
