Setting up and Using the Sanitizer Wand
NOTE: DO NOT EXPOSE SKIN OR EYES DIRECTLY TO THE WAND UV LIGHT
- The power button and indicator light are located at the base of the wand.
- To turn on the sanitizing wand press the power button for 2 seconds.
- The UV light will turn on and the indicator light will light-up blue while the wand is on.
- To turn the wand off press the power button at the base of the wand.
There are two ways to sanitize using this wand
- Begin by holding the sanitizing wand as close as possible and no more than one-half inch above the object’s surface. Move slowly across the object surface making sure that it gets at least 20 seconds of disinfecting UV light. 30 Seconds is recommended.
- When disinfecting objects in the stand-alone position place the objects directly under the UV light and allow the UV light to penetrate it for at least 10 minutes.
NOTE: AS A SAFETY MEASURE WHEN THE UV LIGHT RADIATESUPWARD THE POWER SUPPLY WILL AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF TO AVOID CAUSING INJURY TO THE EYES.
To Charge the Wand
- Plug the provided MicroUSB cable into the charging port, plug the USB end into a USB power source.
- The indicator light will light-up red while charging
- When the wand is fully charged the indicator light will turn off.
Troubleshooting
- The wand will not turn onMake sure that the wand is facing downwards not upwards.
- Ensure that the Wand sanitizer is charged.
