Deluxe Gripper Strapping Sealer User Manual

SAFETY

This tool was designed and manufactured for safe handling during the strapping operation.

1. Before using this tool read the operation instructions (See Figure 1)
2. When operating this tool, wear eye, face, and hand protection (cutting protected gloves). (See Figure 2)
3. Do not put hands or other parts of the body between the strap and the (See Figure 3)
4. When cutting the strap, hold the upper portion and stand a safe distance away from the strap. (See Figure 4)Caution: The lower strap will snap forward.
5. Do not stand in line with the strap while it is tensioned. The strap could break! (See Figure 5)
6. Only use original ORGAPACK (See Figure 6)
7. Only use original ORGAPACK spare (See Figure 7)

OPERATION

1. Open the sealer 3
2. Place the sealer square on top of the seal.
3. Press the sealer levers The seal is crimped. Remove the sealer.

MAINTENANCE

NOTE: Periodically lubricate all moving parts with one or two drops of light machine oil.
