TOOLS NEEDED

INSTALLATION

  1. Remove two short screws and bottle opener from bag. Line up the bottle opener with the two most upper holes. Using the Phillips screwdriver, tighten the short screws into the cooler. (See Figure 1)NOTE: The holes are not pre-cut, but are marked with indentations in the cooler wall.
  2. Attach mounting bracket to cooler wall using the two long screws. Make sure mounting bracket is upright (See Figure 1)NOTE: The holes are not pre-cut, but are marked with indentations in the cooler wall.
  3. Slide the cap catch bin onto the mounting bracket. (See Figure 2)
  4. Connect the lid by pushing the three pins into the clips located on the cooler. (See Figure 3)
  5. Flip the base upside down to install the rigid casters using the caster mounting hardware. (See Figure 4)
  6. Ensure both rigid casters are installed on the same side of the base. (See Figure 4)
  7. While the base is upside down, place the bolts through the caster holes from the top. From the bottom, secure the washer on the bolt followed by the nut and tighten using a wrench and the Phillips screwdriver. (See Figure 4)
  8. Repeat on the other side of the base with the locking casters.
  9. Place cooler onto the base ensuring the Igloo logo on the base is on the same side as the cooler opens. (See Figure 5)
  10. Unscrew battery cover using the Phillips screwdriver and install four AA batteries (not included). Secure battery cover using the Phillips screwdriver. (See Figure 6)

SAFETY

  • Do not sit on lid or stack heavy objects on lid. Doing so could break the lid and cause bodily injury. The lid is intended as a cover only. It was not designed to be a seat or storage surface.
  • The casters should remain locked during use to avoid unintentional rolling or movement.
  • Avoid tipping the loaded cooler. Tipping could result in bodily injury.
  • If relocation of the assembled cooler is necessary after filling, pull by the side handles. Do not attempt to push the cooler from the front or back side, as this could cause tipping.
  • When transporting the cooler by vehicle, separate the cooler from the rolling base to avoid tipping the loaded cooler.
  • Not intended for use with hot liquids.
  • The cooler is equipped with a hose-compatible threaded drain plug. To drain liquid away from area of use, attach a standard garden hose to the cooler drain plug and direct the open end of disposal area.
  • Intended for use with ice, drinks and food products. Not a toy and should not be used to transport other items or small children.
  • Use under adult supervision. Do not allow children to climb on the cooler. This could create a tipping hazard that could result in bodily injury.
  • For optimum performance, do not place in direct sunlight. Use in a shaded or covered area.
  • Before and after use, empty all contents and rinse with water.
  • Mild soap and water can be used if water alone is insufficient.
  • Allow to dry thoroughly before putting into storage.
  • Opening the drain plug can aid the drying process.

NOTE: Secure drain plug cap prior to use.
