They are trained and ready to serve you at your best.The warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation or abnormal wear and tear. The company gives no warranty against damage to any surface due to incorrect removal and installation of the product. The products are suitable for 10-12 Hours of Daily operation. Usage of product for 24 hours a day would void the warranty.This product is warranted for manufacturing defects only.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- Switch off the power.
- Ensure that the void depth is a minimum 90mm and the thickness of the ceiling is a maximum 20mm. (Pic 1)
- Cut a hole using an appropriate tool according to the cut-out size.
- When opening the package, take off the fixture and install the GU lamp.
- Connect the wire of the driver to the main power source (110V-220V), then place the driver into the ceiling properly.
- Push the spring clips upwards and fit them into the ceiling hole. Make sure that the product is sitting properly in the hole.
- Adjust the angle. Switch on the power if the above steps are done properly with no mistakes.
