INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Remove original insoles from your shoes and replace them with Vibrathotics insoles.
2. Shoe manufacturers vary in size. Vibrathotics insoles are created to fit all manufacturers, therefore may require minor trimming.
3. To charge, remove Vibrathotics insoles from shoes and plugin using provided wall adapter and cable. To fully charge, leave connected for approximately 2 hours.
4. To turn on the Vibrathotics insoles, choose the desired setting Constant (C) or Pulsing (P):

CONSTANT

• Click the top left button on the remote control. to turn the constant setting on low.
• Continue to press the button until desired vibration level is achieved (low, medium, high).
• Press the bottom button on the remote control to turn off the insoles.

PULSING

•  Press the top right button on the remote control to turn the pulsing setting on low.
• Continue to press the button until desired vibration level is achieved (low, medium, high).
• Press the bottom button on the remote control to turn off the insoles.

VIBRATHOTICS INSOLES ARE NOT WATER-RESISTANT

Vibrathotics are NOT designed to be water-resistant or waterproof. Do not wear Vibrathotics in shoes that will be submerged in any body of water.

• Do not wash Vibrathotics insoles.
• The remote is not water-resistant or waterproof and should avoid getting wet.
