Read and observe the following warnings and information below.
Before cleaning, always unplug your monitor. It is recommended that you use dry cloth or light y damp cloth to clean your monitor. Dry cloth is, however, the safest. If using damp cloth, wait for your monitor to completely dry before plugging it in again.
Do not use alcohol or ammonia-based cleaner and/or liquids to clean your monitor.
This monitor features ventilation openings on the back of the unit. Avoid blocking these openings to prevent the monitor from overheating.
Avoid placing this monitor near any heat sources e.g: portable heaters or heating vents, as this may cause damage to your monitor.
Do not spray cleaner and or any kind of liquid directly onto the monitor’s screen or any part of the monitor.
Do not insert anything into any part of the monitor especially the ventilation openings.
Always make sure your monitor is placed on a secure, level surface to prevent it from falling and sustaining damage.
Unplug your monitor during any extended periods of non-use.
Do not place heavy items on the monitor or monitor cables.
Do not attempt to disassemble or remove parts from the monitor. Any disassembly or modification etc. not performed by an authorized technician can result in damage to the monitor and/or possible exposure to high voltage electricity which may lead to serious injury or death.

The NO.1 screws come in two types, 8mm and 14mm. Extra screws of each type may be included.
Section 3: Product Overview
3.1 – Monitor Buttons
M Menu Button: Press to display the OSD menu or enter sub-menus.
Down Button: Press to move down in the menus.
Up Button: Press to move up in the menus.
E Exit Button: Press to exit.
Power Button: Press to turn the monitor on/off.
LED Indicator: Changes colors to indicate status. Refer to Section 8.
The E button can also be used to switch between “Limit” and “Full” color gamuts when a compatible graphics card and either HDMI or DP connections are in use.
3.2 – Monitor Ports
7. Audio Output: Insert the audio cable for output of audio signals.8. DP Connector: Insert one end of the DP cable into the computer’s DP output and connect the other end to the monitor’s DP port.9. HDMI Connectors: Insert one end of the HDMI cable into the computer’s HDMI output and connect the other end to the monitor’s HDMI port.10. Power Connector: Insert the power cable to supply power to the monitor.
Section 4: Stand Installation
Note: Keep the foam underneath the monitor before attaching the stand.
Open the package, take out the product with foam still attached, and gently place it on a desktop or table.
Take out the two main parts of the stand, the pad and the cable clip from the package.Next, use the included screwdriver and two NO.1 screws (14mm) to fasten the cable clip and base to the stem. Install the pad at the bottom of the base.
Remove the foam covering on back of mornitor, and use NO.1 screws (8mm) x 2 to fasten the stem onto monitor, then cover the decorative covers on it to complete installation.
Note: To avoid damage, do not touch the screen when moving the monitor.
Section 5: Mount Installation
Note: This monitor ONLY includes screws which may be used when attaching the monitor to a mount. No mount or mounting accessory is included.
Open the package, take out the product with foam still attached, and gently place it on a desktop or table. Remove the extra parts and the foam covering the monitor. If the monitor was already attached to the stand, remove the stand.
Follow the directions received with your mount, stand, or accessory and install the monitor on the wall or fixture as desired. Remember to use the included NO. 2 screws when attaching anything to the back of the monitor.
Note: Use the NO. 2 screws provided for secure installation.
Section 6: Connectivity Options
6.1 – Connecting the Power Cable:Connect the included power cable to the power connector, and then plug the other end into an wall outlet.
6.2 – HDMI Connectivity:In order for the monitor to receive HDMI signals from the computer, use an HDMI cable to connect the monitor to the computer.
6.3 – DP Connectivity In order for the monitor to receive DP signals from the computer, use the DP cable to connect the monitor to the computer.
6.4 – Connecting Your EarphonesPlug in your earphones to receive audio signals from your monitor. If your earphones are connected to the monitor and audio devices are connected to your computer at the same time, the audio devices will not produce sound. Earphones and other audio devices not included.
Listening to loud audio for prolonged periods of time may permanently damage your hearing.
Section 7: Basic Operation
Insert one end of the DP cable into your PC’s graphics card. Other connection types may be used. Additional cables not included.For optimal refresh rate (or “performance”), it is recommended to use a DP (display port) or HDMI cable with the monitor’s corresponding connector.
Connect the other end of the cable to the corresponding connector on your monitor.
Connect the power cable to your monitor then connect the other end to your power source. It is recommended that you use a surge protector with adequate voltage if a wall outlet cannot be reached directly.
Locate the power button on the monitor and press it to turn the monitor on.
FreeSyncThe feature itself is off by default. In order to use this feature, please note you must have hardware with FreeSync capability, a DP or HDMI cable, and the latest graphic drivers. To use this feature, connect your computer and monitor with a DP or HDMI cable. After connecting, you may receive a prompt to enable the feature on your computer. If you do not receive the prompt, you may need to enable the function in your graphics card menu. See your graphics card manufacturer’s documentation for instructions on how to turn on and/or enable FreeSync.
Section 8: Indicator Light
Solid blue light indicates power is on and the monitor is operating normally. Flashing blue light indicates no video source has been detected. Red light indicates that no horizontal or vertical signal has been detected or voltage is low. Please ensure your computer is on and all video cables are fully inserted and/or connected.
Section 9: OSD
The On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu may be used to adjust your monitor’s settings and appears on screen after turning on the monitor and pressing the M button.
Note: When using the monitor for the first time, settings will automatically adjust to optimal settings according to your computer’s configuration and parts etc.
Press any one of the buttons (M, , , E, ) to activate the navigator screen.
Press M to enter the OSD screen.
Press or to browse functions.– Highlight the desired function and then press M to enter the sub-menu.– Press or to browse sub-menus then press M to highlight the desired function.– Press or to highlight an option and then press M to confirm the settings and exit the current screen.

Section 10: LED Effects and Gameplus
Press any one of the buttons (M, , , E, ) to activate the navigation window.
Press to switch LED display modes, or turn off the LED effects. Normal
Press to switch Gameplus modes. According to the needs of your game, choose the corresponding game icon. These game icons are primarily designed to optimize your aim during shooting games, though they can be used for other scenarios.
Section 11: Troubleshooting
11.1 – General Problems
The screen is blank
Press the power button to turn the monitor on.
Confirm the brightness and contrast settings are set normally.
Check if the indicator light is flashing. If so, there is no signal from your video source.
If your source is a notebook or laptop, make sure it’s powered on and set to mirror or extension mode.
The image is out of focus
Make sure the video cable is inserted properly at both ends.
The screen is flashing
Try an alternative power source. Insufficient power can cause this issue.
Make sure devices such as non-shielded speakers, fluorescent lighting, AC transformers,table fans etc. are a safe distance away from your screen to avoid magnetic disturbances.
The color bleeds or visual effects appear unusual.
If your screen is all red or blue, or any colors disappear, check to see that the cable is properly inserted. A loose connection can cause a bad signal.
Try connecting to another video source for comparison.The screen appears to be scrolling, rolling, or moving unusually.
Check that your source frequency is within 55-76Hz.
Reconnect and ensure your video cable is secure.
The monitor needs cleaning
Make sure the monitor has been powered off before cleaning.
Always use soft, non-abrasive cloth when cleaning.
Use dry, non-abrasive cloth to gently remove debris or dust.
If necessary, lightly dampen a non-abrasive cloth with water and gently clean the surface.
Never use alcohol or ammonia-based cleaning solutions.
Never spray liquid directly onto any part of the monitor.
The indicator light does not work
Check if the power is on.
Make sure the power cable is properly connected to the monitor and power source
Cannot plug and play.
Check PC requirements to make sure it is compatible with the monitor.
Check graphics card requirements to make sure it is compatible with the monitor.
Dim image
Adjust the brightness and contrast ratio.
Image jitter/moire pattern
Nearby electric equipment may be interfering with the monitor.
