General warnings
DANGER!
- Keep packaging materials (plastic bags, rubber bands, etc.) away from children! There is a DANGER OF CHOKING!
- This unit contains electronic parts that are powered by a power source (AC adapter or batteries). Never leave children unattended when handling the device! Follow the instructions carefully and do not attempt to power this device with anything other than power sources recommended in this instruction manual, otherwise, there is a DANGER of an ELECTRIC SHOCK!
- Do not expose the device to high temperatures. Use only the recommended batteries. Do not short-circuit the device or batteries or dispose of infire! Excessive heat and improper handling can cause short circuits, fires and even explosions!
ATTENTION!
- Do not immerse the unit in water.
- Do not expose the device to strong shocks, vibrations, dust, permanently high temperatures or extreme humidity. This can lead to malfunctions, short circuits, damage to batteries and components.

- Do not disassemble the device! In the event of a defect, please contact your dealer. They will contact the Service Center and can arrange the return of this device for repair if necessary.

Commissioning
A. Charge the lamp
Open the USB port cover on the bottom of the lamp.
- Plug the supplied USB cable into the USB port.
- The indicator lights up red during charging.
- The indicator lights up green after charging is complete.
- The charging time is about 3 hours at DC5V / 500-600mA.
B Battery indicator
- The battery indicator shows the remaining operating time in different colo urs.
- When the battery is fully discharged, the display flashes once when the switch is pressed.
C. Key lock function
To prevent unintentional operation, a key lock function is built-in.
- Press and hold the switch for at least 2 seconds whilst turning it off.
- The display flashes red twice and then the key lock is activated.
- If the button is pressed in lock mode, the indicator flashes red twice to indicate that it is in lock mode.
- To unlock the function, press the switch for 2 seconds until the display flashes twice and the green light shows.
D. Switching off the headlamp
- The light goes out if the button is pressed after more than 2 seconds of illumination in white or red light mode.
E. Intelligent control function
- The Vixen SG-L02 lamp has an intelligent control function that not only continuously adjusts the brightness between 10% and 100% but also maintains the last used color modes (red/white).
- If the button is pressed continuously during lighting in any of the modes, Intelligent Control is activated.
- The brightness level changes from 10% to 100% and back from 100% to 10% if the button is pressed further.
- When the illumination is 100% or 10%, the lamp flashes to indicate that the maximum or minimum illumination level has been reached.
- When you release the push button, the brightness of the lamp remains at the current intensity.
- The push-button must be held for two seconds to save the last setting of the illumination red or white to start with this color at the next switch-on.

Cleaning and maintenance
- Disconnect the device from the power source (remove batteries) before cleaning! Clean the device only on the outside with a dry cloth. To avoid damage to the electronics do not use cleaning fluids.
- Protect the device from dust and moisture!
