Note: Below the scale there is a breathable knob. Its default setting is for weigh. If you want to wash tighten the knob, after wash release the knob for weigh
When want to weigh, release screw for getting normal pressure
When want to wash, tight screw for getting seal
ParametersEnter setting modeTo set parameters, first turn on the weighing scales, hold the tare key during self-checking, until display show “F1 CAL”.
set resolutionAfter enter setting parameter, the display shows “F1 CAL”, presstare key, display shows “F2 RES “, press ZERO key to enter, press tarekey to select resolution,
Change capacityAfter enter setting parameter, the display shows “F1 CAL”, presstare key, until display shows “F3 CAP “, press ZERO key to enter, press tare key to select capacity , press zero key to sure.
Check internal countsAfter enter setting mode, display shows “F1 CAL”, press tare keyselect , until display shows “F4 INP”, press zero key to enter, display shows internal counts, press TARE key to return setting mode.
Automatic sleepIn the weighting mode, on the waterproof scale weight don’t moveand change on the pan within a minute. The scales will Automatic sleep. If users want to waken scale increase 4d weight on the pan.
INTRODUCTION
The SW-II series of waterproof scale are ABS plastic housing and stainless steel platform.The SW-II series of waterproof scale have excellent outside design of china patented IP67 waterproof technology. A/D electron circuitry use humidity resistant design in damp environment use natural.The SW-II series of waterproof scale are super low power consumption.All the keypads are light touch switches and the displays are large easy to read liquid crystal type displays (LCD). The LCD’s size is 25mm, the LCD’s without a backlight, this method is used for economize electric power. If user want to use, User select optional 20mm rear display. All units include automatic zero tracking, tare, unit shift etc function.
Key function
ZeroSet the zero point for all subsequent weighing. The display shows zero.TareTares the scale. Stores the current weight in memory as a tare value, subtracts the tare value from the weight and shows the results. This is the net weight.UnitPress tare key and zero key to together in the weighing mode.ON/OFFTurn on or turn off the power.
OPERATION
Zero the displayYou can press the ZERO key at any time to set the zero point from which all other weighing and counting is measured, within 2% of power up zero. This will usually only be necessary when the pan is empty.When the zero point is obtained the display will show indicator for zero. The scale has an automatic rezeroing function to account for minor drifting or accumulation of material on the platform. However you may need to press the ZERO key to rezero the scale if small amounts of weight are shown when the platform is empty.
TaringZero the scale by pressing the ZERO key if necessary. The zero indicator will be on.Place a container on the platform, a value for its weight will be displayed.Press the TARE key to tare the scale. The weight that was displayed is stored as the tare value and that value is subtracted from the display, leaving zero on the display. The “TARE” indicator will be on.As product is added only the weight of the product will be shown. When the container is removed a negative value will be shown. If the scale was tared just before removing the container this value is the gross weight of the container plus all product that was removed.The zero indicator will also be on because the platform is back to the same condition it.
Change unitPress TARE key and Zero key to together will change weighing unit in the weight mode, relevant weighing unit mark turn on (kg or lb).
