This product is portable battery energy storage type spot welding machine, mainly used for welding of cylindrical battery nickel sheet such as 18650. Built-in high rate polymer power core, the maximum output current up to 639 A, after charging theory.Can be continuously welded on a thousand points. This product has the output power and the remaining power quantity indication, has the timing trigger output and the automatic trigger output two output modes, simultaneously may set 4 file output power.
Direction for use
Turn on/off
- The shutdown state long press the button for 1 second indicator lights up, the device boot.
- The boot state long press the button 2 seconds indicator lights out, this time the shut down.
Switch output mode
After starting up, the equipment starts welding output. Press the button once to switch the output mode. The following two output modes are available:
- Timing output: the welding current is output every 1.5 seconds. The user shall adjust the position of the welding pen in the output gap, and ensure that the welding pen has good contact with the nickel plate before the output current.
- Automatic trigger output: when it is detected that the two welding pens are in good contact with the nickel piece, the primary welding current will be automatically output 1 seconds later, and no current will be output when the welding pens are not in contact with the nickel piece
Set the output tap position
- Press the button twice quickly, and the red indicator light is always on to enter the gear setting.
- Press the button for a single short time to modify the output tap size.Press the button twice to save and exit the Settings.
Spot welding nickel
- Ensure that both ends of the battery are smooth, clean and free from rust.
- Ensure that the nickel sheet is flat and clean.
- Install the quick-release spot welding pen, set the spot welding machine, and press it properly to make the contact between the welding needle and the nickel piece, the nickel piece and the battery good, no suspension and no bad contact.
- Wait for welding current output. Users can try different gear positions and press strength until the welding strength reaches the highest, it should be noted that the higher the gear position, the stronger the welding.
Automatic shutdown
The product will be automatically shut down when there is no operation for 10 minutes.
Indicator light description
The front panel of the product has 4 dual-color indicators, green indicates the remaining power, red indicates the output power gear.

Charging indicatorThere is a dual-indicator near the charging interface of the rear panel of product. Red indicates charging and green indicates charging completed.
Charging and maintenance Charging
When the quantity of spot welding machine is insufficient, please charge it in time. The charger with voltage of 5V and current ≥1A can be used. The indicator light is red when charging, full to green.When the electric quantity is less than 25%, the output power will decrease and the spot welding effect will be weakened. The best effect is to keep the electric quantity above 50% during spot welding. This product supports charging while using.
Idle for a long time
When idle for a long time, please discharge or charge the battery to 50% or so, too high or too low battery storage will affect the battery life.
Soldering pen short circuit
This product has sufficient redundancy design, even if the pen short circuit will not damage the circuit, but the short circuit current is high, may affect the battery life, please try to avoid the pen short circuit when the current output.
Soldering pen maintenance
- The pen terminal has a gold-plated outer layer, unless necessary, please do not frequently disassemble the pen, gold-plated outer wear will weaken the conductivity, reduce the welding effect. When it is not too hard to connect the terminals of the pen, the terminals can be poked into by tapering (such as the tip of the pen) to make a small amount of uniform outward expansion.
- The welding needle may oxidize after the welding pen is used for many times. If the welding performance declines, it is recommended to use 1000 mesh sponge sandpaper to grind gently
Warning
- Do not disassemble the body or replace the battery.
- Do not charge the product for a long time without being cared for.
- The product contains lithium battery.Please do not put it into fire or charge, use or place it under high temperature.
- Do not modify or repair the product by yourself.
- Do not put into water or let other liquids into the product.

WarningThe output is out of control, the control tube is likely to be damaged, please immediately remove the spot pen and shut down, contact the after-sales repair, do not continue to try to weld.

After-sales service and support
The warranty policy
- Within 7 days from the day after you sign for the product, if the performance failure listed in the performance failure table appears, the product can be returned or replaced for free after the after-sales test.
- Within 8-15 days after you sign for the next day, if the performance failure listed in the performance failure table appears, you can enjoy free replacement or maintenance service after the after-sales inspection.
- Within 6 months from the day after you sign for the product, the performance failure listed in the performance failure table will be confirmed by the after-sales inspection, and the maintenance service will be free of charge.
Performance failure mark
- The switch is not normal.
- Abnormal charging.
- The indicator light is abnormal/not on.
- Poor spot welding effect under reasonable use.Short service time after full charge.
Non-warranty regulations
- Unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid injection, accident, modification, incorrect use of non-product accessories, or tear, alter, label, security mark.
- Used welding pens and nickel lamps.
- The warranty period has expired.
- Damage caused by force majeure.
- Failure to meet the performance failure conditions listed in the performance failure table. The performance failure listed in the performance failure table is caused by human factors.
After-sales precautions
- The products returned or replaced shall not affect the second sale, and shall be returned as original. If there are any gifts, please send them together. If the goods are returned or replaced due to quality problems, please pay the postage in advance and return the goods after we receive them.
- If the returned goods are not caused by quality reasons, the gifts such as nickel tape and insulating paper, if used, will affect the secondary sales and refuse to be returned. The customer shall compensate for the loss of the gifts according to the price.
