You’re ready to use your new Westinghouse appliance. A few tips from us:

Remember to pre-heat each time.

For best cooking results pre-heat the oven. Pre-heating allows the oven to reach the required temperature quickly and efficiently as well as cook food at the correct temperature for the entire cook time. Recommended pre-heat time is 30 mins for baking and 3 minutes for grilling.

Choose the right program for the best result:

FAN BAKEThis setting is best used when cooking on multiple shelves at once or reheating complete meals for your family. It will cook faster and at a lower temperature than the “Bake” function.

BAKEThe “Bake” function is ideal for a single tray of biscuits, scones, muffins, cakes, slices, casseroles, baked puddings, roasts anddelicate egg dishes.

FAN ASSISTHeat comes from above and below the food, and fans circulate the hot air around the oven cavity so you can put the food in different places in the oven and cook them at the same time. Use a maximum of 2 shelves with “Fan Assist”, but not the bottom shelf. If two shelves are used, food on the shelf in the higher position will be ready first.

PIZZAThe “Pizza” function is ideal for foods that require cooking and browning on the base. It is great for foods such as pizzas, quiches, meat pies and fruit pies. Simply place the food in the middle of the oven and set the desired temperature.

EASY BAKE STEAMThe “Easy Bake Steam” function adds steam while baking. Steam assisted baking helps the dough to rise, and consistently produces soft, moist interiors with crisp, golden crusts. Add water to the cavity well before preheating, while the oven is cold.

Set your temperature

Once the function is selected press symbols to set your desired temperature.
