Xiaomi Mi 20W Wireless Charging Stand

Product Overview

The Mi 20W Wireless Charging Stand is a universal charging product that functions with wireless fast charging and supports horizontal and vertical device placement. By connecting its USB-C port with the USB cable, you can wirelessly charge your devices just by simply putting them on the stand’s surface.

Instructions

  1. Use the included genuine charger and USB cable to connect this charging stand to a power supply. Once connected, the LED indicator blinks green three times, then you can wirelessly charge your devices on the charging stand.Adapter Requirements:
    • a. 5 V/1 A adapters are not supported.
    • b. 5 V/2 A adapters support 5 W wireless charging.
    • c. QC2.0/QC3.0 (18 W and above) adapters support 10 W wireless charging. *
    • d. QC3.0 Class B (27 W and above) adapters support 20 W wireless fast charging.* * Your mobile phone is required to support 20 W fast charging.
  2. Place a Qi-compatible device in the center of the wireless charging stand to start charging automatically. When the charging stand is in its normal state, the LED indicator is green.
  3. Keep your device centered on the wireless charging stand when charging wirelessly. If the device does not begin charging right away, adjust the device’s position until its charging icon appears (refer to the figure below for proper device placement).
  4. When the LED indicator is blinking green, the wireless charging stand has encountered an error and protective measures have been activated. Please check whether any metal objects have been placed on the charging stand. If so, please remove them and check whether the charging stand resumes charging. If the problem persists, please contact the after-sales service department.

Precautions

  • When using the charging stand to wirelessly charge a device with a protective case, make sure the case is non-metallic and has a thickness of 4 mm or less.
  • Do not expose the charging stand to pressure or impact.
  • Do not disassemble or modify the charging stand.
  • Keep the charging stand away from fire and do not immerse it in water.
  • Do not use this charging stand in severely hot, humid, or corrosive environments so as to avoid damage to its electrical circuit.
  • Do not place any cards with a magnetic stripe or chip (such as an ID or bank card) near or on the charging stand to avoid corrupting the card.
  • Keep a distance of at least 20 cm between implanted medical devices (such as pacemakers, cochlear implants) and the charging stand so as to avoid potential interference with the medical devices.
  • The charging stand is not a toy. Keep it away from children.
  • In order to achieve a better charging performance, please avoid using it in places with high temperatures or lack of heat dissipation, such as on bed sheets or mouse pads.
