SAFETY GUIDELINES
- Should you have trouble operating the device and the reminder does not work, go to www.xrockernation.co.uk for support. Do not attempt to fix it yourself at any time.
- Keep your device away from liquid, humidity, or moisture. Operate your device within the specified temperature range of 0° (32°F) to 40°C (104°F).
- Do not take apart the device or change the original accessories (doing so will void your warranty) and do not attempt to operate it under abnormal current loads.
- In order to take good care of your hearing, we recommend that you reduce the volume to a comfortable level when listening for prolonged periods of time.
- Use a dry and soft cloth with a little warm water to clean the surface of the device.
EXCLUSIVE OF WARRANTY
- All our current products have a one-year warranty period beginning from the purchase date.
- In case of a defect, return the product to your reseller with a failure description, proof of purchase, and all accessories.
- During the warranty period, you will receive a replacement product from the reseller if available.
- For missing accessories such as manual, software or other items, contact our Service Centre from local distributors.
- Warranty will be void in case of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorized persons, carelessness, and using the product for another purpose than its intended use.
WARRANTY TERMS
- Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
- Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
- Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
USING THE XH1 HEADSET
FIRST TIME USE:We recommend stretching the headset gently apart before placing it over your head to minimize headband stress. However, please avoid overstretching the headset beyond its structural limits.
