Yes, but this will vary depending on your provider. Example, the trunk services we offer allow for 5 call paths per trunk. Meaning 5 people can call in our out at once and no busy will be heard, 5 lines will be picked up. Then if their was a sixth call, and only had one trunk, then a busy signal would be received.
