How to Charge Your Devices
- Connect the cable to the adapter and plug it into a power outlet.
Note: Magnetic wireless charging pad could not provide a 20W charge but max 15W fast wireless charging. To charge the phone at 20W, such as Samsung 520, please connect the ZeeHoo 20W PD USB C Adapter with USB C charging cable and plug in your phone directly. - Place your new iPhone or tablet on the charging pad.Note: *Upgrade your iPhone to IOS 14.2 or above, otherwise the MagSafe charger may not work. Use the Apple MagSafe case with this wireless charger to get an optimal charging experience. Please remove objects, like credit cards, between the phone and the case.
- While charging, the LED indicator will light up accordingly.

Note: *Abnormal charging includes the conditions that metal foreign body exists between the coil and load, or NTC over-temperature. When abnormalities are resolved, the LED indicator will stop flashing and turn off.

The wireless charging pad is built with surge current, surge voltage, high temperature, short circuit, and unsupported device detection protections.
Caution
- Only use the included ZeeHoo adapter to charge the charging pad.
- Make sure your phone is in direct contact with the charging pad when charging.
- Keep the charging pad away from metals or metal objects.
- Keep away from medical implants to avoid interference, consult a doctor before use.
- Stop using if the cable is ruptured or damaged.
- Keep away from extreme temperatures.
- Do not expose to liquids. For indoor use only. Do not dismantle.
- No dropping.
