  2. Turn Bluetooth on by holding till LED blinks
  3. Select the CLAM ANC headphones on your mobile device
  4. Flip the ANC switch

What is the ANC feature exactly?ANC stands for Active Noise Cancelling, which means that the Clam Headphones mute the noise around you by listening to it and filtering it out. All this to make sure you can enjoy your tunes the most!I switched off the headphones but ANC is still activated!Yes, the ANC feature has its own switch. ANC also works when you’re not listening to music, for instance when you want to sleep on an airplane. Make sure you don’t forget to switch off ANC when you’re not using it in order to not drain the battery.What is the length of the cable?The Clam Headphones come with a 100cm detachable fabric cable.Need help with the warranty?The standard 2 years store warranty is valid only upon presentation of the proof of purchase or copy hereof consisting of the original invoice with the date of purchase and product code. Warranty & LimitationsWe warranty the product against defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During that period, defective products may be offered for repair or replacement at the store where the product was bought. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, incidental loss, or use beyond the instructions in the user manual.
